Incredible location, short walk from the train station and 70meters from the famous Peter’s Brewhouse (and a lot of other pubs!!). Huge room as well!

The shower wasn’t the best, and would have been good if there was a bit more air, but it wasn’t hot when we stayed there so this didn’t phase us. The bells from the churches and noisy people outside the hotel at all hours, but not much you can do about that when you are staying right in the heart near the bars!

The location is excellent. No lift was a small issue but only three floors in total. We had the triple room on the third floor and it was huge with a whole second level. lovely modern bathroom. the beds were super comfortable and good value for money. 200 m to the river. Easy walk to the cathedral. we felt very safe. it was quiet and wonderful natural light.

The pillows! Just don’t understand how they were so flimsy. no street parking but was a couple hundred metres to a parking station.

The location is amazing, right next to the Dom and the market, while not being in a busy/noisy street. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and you could see the Dom from the room, which I found specially cool. Definitely a great hotel to stay in if you happen to be in Köln

The price was slightly expensive for me, since I came in carnival time and got a 2-person room for 1. However, for 2 people it would be a very reasonable price. Other than that, only the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, but that is extreme nitpicking.

The room was very clean, the bed was large and comfortable. Internet connection very stable (not often the case in Germany!) The location is superb: in the old town, just 400 m from the Cologne Dome, 200 m from the city hall, 200 from the river, a lot of good restaurants around (including those with traditional Kölsch beer), it is just amazing. The staff was very friendly, we chatted a lot on a day of check-in. I read really bad comments in the commentary section about this hotel, and was expecting something problematic - but the hotel was GREAT! I don't know why people wrote all the bad comments. It is just absolutely unfair and not true! I stayed for 4 days in a hotel, working hard on meetings in Cologne, and the hotel allowed me to relax without any problem between my working days.

The room was indeed very small (but it was quite enough for one person, especially for the price). There is no elevator in the hotel (no problem for me, but people with disabilities need to think twice before booking). Check-in time is limited to certain hours (as far as I understand due to economy on staff, which is not present all the time at the reception desk), so you need to plan your arrival time. Anyway: for this price you will not be able to get even a half of a room at nearby hotels. This hotel is a great deal and a real bargain! Highly recommended!

The smell that was coming from the building next door On the second day they entered in my room without me asking for that (I saw that the towels were changed)

This facility not offer breakfast but nearby just 1 minute walk having plenty food outlet. Very conveninence. Only the room is too small and having n space for suitcase/luggage. No air condition white outside 35 degree census these days. However, rating it good for short trip with sightseeing the old town and very very convenience to get to train station,

Wonderful to be right in the middle of the old town of Cologne, close to the main station and the Old Market round the corner. There was a Christmas market there and mulled wine and trees lit up, great atmosphere. In advance you know clearly that you can only check in after 2 pm and that the reception is only briefly staffed. Very friendly staff, they brought me an extra duvet because I said I easily get cold (early December) . Great quality duvets and central heating so one would have been enough. Comfortable beds, you can move them well apart (we were two friends in a twin room) or keep them together. Bathroom with towel heater and great shower, make sure how it works before you step in though. The small knob on top of the tap switches between being overwhelmed and flooded and controlled handheld shower heads. But most hotels have these now. Despite being right in the centre of the city it was peaceful and quiet at night (back room). Safe area and enormously friendly people in restaurants and shops. The price of our room (in winter) was incredibly low for Cologne, let alone for such a central area.

The location is amazing! it’s the best point of the hotel. It was super convenient to have it available 2 minutes walking from main points of city. Building is new. Room was better than expected considering price.

Weird smell in the bathroom. the floor of shower really dirty and sticky and we needed to use flip flops when taking a shower. The pillows were really uncomfortable and we have pain in the neck because of this. There was reception available during whole weekend (they send instructions to open like an Airbnb).
