The staff was really helpful and attentive. The AC in our original room was malfunction, the staff quickly provided another room, this time much bigger and spacious for the four of us. Breakfast was good; standard buffet breakfast. An extra facility was an ice cube machine. It was quite hot days during our stay, so the ice cube machine was really a useful thing. Our room has AC; though ot as cold as we would've expected, but it helped a bit with the very hot temperature during our stay. The hotel is situated just along the highway. It is around 20 minutes from Frankfurt city center and 10 minutes from the airport.

It was fine. The staff was nice. Had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed. It was extremely busy. Breakfast looked great. I didn’t make time to eat.

They charged for parking and it was overcrowded. Paid for the shuttle to the airport everyone was dropped at terminal 1. This was not mentioned upon payment. I needed terminal 2. Which required crossing a street and waiting for an overcrowded city type bus. Just FYI. My friends paid for the shuttle then decided to keep the rental car overnight . They went back within an hour of paying and were told it could not be done. The reason was to much paperwork & This is not America . The internet could not keep up with the number of people at the hotel. It crashed. The room air-conditioning was not significant enough for three people. We requested a fan and we brought one. It definitely helped.

Airport shuttle picked us up, and the desk staff were friendly and helpful - and even spoke English. Rooms were clean, though on the smaller side, but comfortable. There is a small restaurant/bar in the hotel, or several food choices nearby that you could walk to (varying distances). The continental breakfast was excellent - better than many others I've had.

Primarily, we booked the shuttle to drive us back to the airport after our stay, which was booked by the front desk. Halfway back, he asked us for a card which we did not have? Apparently the desk is supposed to give to you to verify the shuttle booking, but despite checking out and booking the shuttle at the desk, we were not given one. The driver did not speak English so could not really explain. We called the front desk from the shuttle who then informed us it's €10 per person to take the shuttle?! They could not take a credit card over the phone, and the driver only accepted cash. Thankfully one of us had euros but we certainly could have taken an Uber for FAR less than €60. It felt a bit like an underhand move.

There is a free airport shuttle going from the airport. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful.

Just a suggestion - we really enjoyed our stay - I had to reach out to the hotel for help finding where the airport shuttle would be in the airport. It would be nice if those details were in the hotel description. I didn’t know there was a fee to go back to the airport from the hotel. It would have also been nice to have that in the details.

The location was perfect-just a few minutes from the airport and across the street from 2 excellent restaurants accessible on foot. The breakfast was just fabulous and surpassed our expectations. The staff was very friendly and courteous!

I did not expect the parking expense for the adjacent parking lot. They have a ticket lot and will validate for up to 10 minutes. I was convenient but just an extra expense. Everything else was fabulous!

After a long day of travel, we enjoyed staying in a more rural setting and loved the short nature walk towards the suggested restaurants. The hotel looks new and well appointed. Breakfast was a hit after a restful night sleep. It offerrd varried bread rolls or toasts with cold cuts, sliced cheese, fruits and cucumber, pastries, jams, choices of cereals, yogurts and juice, and...pancakes! Great coffee specials offered literally at the tip of your finger. The breakfast area is gorgeous with modern design and views on nature.

With an extra bed for a child, the room felt really snug. Ok for one night but probably not that comfortable for more than that. From the Airport, we took an airport shuttle bus for "Holiday Inn" and were disappointed to be dropped off at the wrong Holiday Inn Hotel. We had to order a taxi to finally get back to the right location. No big deal, but somewhat of a hiccup after a long day of travel.

Location, ideal for long lay overs. Very friendly staff. Cleanliness was top notch. Bonus - Absolutely loved the Italian restaurant just a stone's throw away, run by a Sicilian named Tomassi, we could enjoy genuine Italian food. Pizzas were delicious.

There is nothing much around and kids have nothing much to do.

This hotel was Great! We were greeted with a very late check in (our flight was delayed with a couple of hours), and also a great experience with the front desk. The room was very clean and comfy beds. The included breakfast had a great selection.

Noise coming from the delivery truck around 5am.

The Holiday Inn is very close to the Frankfurt Airport, it takes, especially in the early morning only 10 minutes. it’s quite and there are 2 excellent restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and hospitable.

Rooms can be booked with breakfast only and breakfast starts only at 6am onwards. in case of an early departure, one cannot enjoy breakfast.

Great breakfast. Desk manager Abdullah was so very helpful in all aspects. He went out of his way to assist us with arranging transportation and getting information.

Our air conditioning did not work which did not help as our room was uncomfortably warm.
