Staff was extremely helpful. The room was amazing, freshly renovated and very clean. I was positively surprised by the amount of windows and curtains, I loved sleeping the windows opened. Same goes for bathroom: very clean, hot water & lots of towels. The bed mattress was super comfortable although I wasn’t a fan of the pillows: large and hard.

It’s not the easiest task to find the hotel. There was no parking in front of the hotel available and we had to use the underground parking: it was TINY. Took us good 20 minutes to maneuver in there. Breakfast wasn’t included in the price and was quite expensive per person.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Merely okay value for money once you account for the fact that their airport transfer costs 10€ per person per direction - I.e. 40€ both ways for a couple, which is a significant fraction of the overall cost of the stay. We took the regular public bus one way to save a bit of money, but it's of course less convenient. Well suited for a stopover associated with a flight to/from Frankfurt airport.

10€ per person for the airport shuttle seems overpriced.

Shuttle bus service. Public bus system serves the area well. Close to restaurant and grocery store. Clean. Helpful staff.

Sitting area in front of the hotel seemed to be reserved for smokers. Both areas beside the front door had smokers using them. Where does a non-smoker, who hates smoke, sit outside to talk or read a book? 45-minute public bus ride to get to the property. Shuttle bus service does not operate between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Huge room with a lot of free space to walk freely around unlike a typical hotel room where the bed occupies 90% of the floor area. It was like a studio apartment. Suitable for people who are planning to use Frankfurt airport for travelling.

Well you are best suited if you have a car or else you need to book a taxi . The hotel provides shuttle service though to the airport. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive( Inflation currently in Germany)

broken coffee maker or that is hard to diagnose because the plugs are the invisible type. potentially a very waarm situation if people stay in the summer but u need not complain if u knowingly book a room without ac. that is why the price of the room is lower than some other hotels with ac

Good location near the Airport and the Motorway. It's much cheaper than the other Hotels nearby and it's just a few minutes longer drive from the motorway exit. Check-in was easy and quick. I could park my car just in front of the main entrance and it was free while other hotels nearby would have charged me 9-24 euro for parking. Very good value for the price!

The breakfast was satisfactory, nothing special. I'm a breakfast enthusiast so it was under my expectations but I could eat enough to survive until lunch.

All was as expected, except for shuttle service problem

Shuttle service. At check in we were only told it arrives hourly. Didn’t find out until when waiting at 8 am that we were put down for 10? Nobody asked us. Taxi had to be called. Cost me 30 euros instead of 10. And shuttle service was main reason we chose this hotel

Although the hotel building looks a bit old, when i entered the room it surpassed my expectation. spacious, modern, clean and had everything one needs for a business trip including a nice desk and chair. only thing is there is no air conditioner. it could get very hot during peak summer. there was a fan though. and great breakfast!

except the airport pick-up shuttle service, my stay in the hotel was perfect. shuttle service should be improved. no air conditioning and no reception dial number indicated on the room telephone.

First room had a smell of cigarette smoke and was noisy (3rd floor, next to main railway line), but rapidly changed at reception. Pity it didn't have a restaurant.

Close to the airport, really quiet, nice small town feel. Their park is very nice, lots of trees and birds. Shopping and restaurants in the area are about 15 minute walk. There is also a bus stop direct to the airport, but you need to get a fare card somewhere for that. The hotel itself is just a great option for an overnight layover, without the need to go to very expensive and dirty Frankfurt downtown.

The pillow was positively horrible. All clumped up, synthetic, and there was only one.
