The hotel location is excellent. It is very close to the shopping center where you can find Rewe, restaurants, etc. The room is clean and the front desk is so friendly. It takes only 15 minutes to go to Frankfurt airport. For sure, I will stay in this hotel next time.

The room does not have an air conditioner. We have a room on the roof floor. It is a bit hot in the evening. But with opening windows and fans provided in the room, it is ok to fall asleep. There is no table for computer work as the room is small. With the price I paid, I would not complaint about it too much.

Everything. The most friendly, efficient, helpful and understanding staff, the huge, clean, comfortable and airy rooms, the safe location, wonderful taxi service they provide, most helpful Manager, this is a perfect place to stay to relax or go to the airport quickly for a flight. Bus number 67 takes you to the Terminal 1 and back. The bus stop is only a 3 - 4 minute walk from the hotel. There was everything provided in the room. Portable table fan, a small heater in addition to heating in the room (didn't require that because it was 28 degrees even at night in the middle of September 2022), an electric kettle with tea and coffee provided. The free WiFi was great. The ladies at the reception are so patient and efficient. They explain to you where you could get some food to eat, do some shopping without having to go to Frankfurt city, the bus time tables. They know the needs of the guests and give correct information patiently. I really felt very comfortable in this hotel.

Everything was fine. The TV channels had some signal disturbances. But that was not very important.

Little old fashion outside, but nicely renovated and decorared room. Big family room easily accomodate 4 persons. Fridge, aircondition & heating, floor heating in shower room was advantage. Also parking was arranged with no problems in front of the hotel. Even if hotel is located quiet side street you can find plenty of selection of shops and restaurants in 500m radius. Greetings to nice and helpful staff lady and we will certainly visit again.

Soundproofing from hallway and stairway could be better. This is not a big issue.

It is a good clean hotel around 20 minutes from the airport. The room is quite enough and comfortable. I was in the period when it wasn't hot and the fan was enough to me. The administrator is very friendly and helpful. In the bathroom there is no shampoo and other tooth suppliments, only liquid soup. So take them in advance.

Awesome, awesome hotel for the rate charged. Everything is top notch. Beds are super comfy, the shower and hot water is awesome, and everything is immaculate and spotless. There is parking on the hotel premises and on the road. The hotel primarily caters to budget travelers and tour groups for mainland Chinese. Reception staff is super friendly and helpful. If you need a place to stay around Frankfurt airport for a day or 2 and have a rental car, this hotel is the perfect spot. There is a gas station right beside and a small mini market.

Bathroom has lingering cigarette smell.

Extremely comfortable bed and warm duvet. Nice shower, cup to drink water available, clean toiles, sheets and floor and appropriate sized mini fridge (there are much smaller ones). Even though I didn't have breakfast included in my reservation, there was an electric water heater, cup, soluble cappuccino, chai and sugar next to it in the bedroom, which helped me to start my long day (5h train travel).

For a first timer in a cold country, I could have used an explanation on how to use the heater and how to adjust the water temperatures in the sink and shower, but that's not a big deal, I figured it out eventually. Also, there could be an easier way to communicate with the reception, from the bedroom, instead of having to go all the way down there. The receptionists are very considerate and thoughtful.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. People went above and beyond. We enjoyed being in what felt like a local neighborhood with access to a grocery store within walking distance.

It would have been nice to have late check out but also understand they had others coming.

We had a place to park our van.

The breakfast was too far from the hotel. The rooms were hot and too loud with windows open. Not that close to aitport. Elevator was not working when we got there, had to lug baggage up many flights of stairs.

You get what you pay for but overall great staff and nice hotel had a room on top floor which when people have had window open overnight can see the water marks but personally didn't bother me, did ask for a extra pillow the second night as first one was thinner than used to but staff more than helpful to bring me one

We only stayed one night, and we only went to the room to sleep. But the room was clean and It is exactly what you see in the pictures. Also it seems that it was recently renovated, so it looks very good for the price paid.
