excellent amenities provided! bottled water both still and with gas provided daily, room slippers, chillers filled with drinks, coffee with electric kettle were all provided. modern room that is spacious and pretty new. Room has a sofa bed chair and other chairs and bathroom has full glass door to close up the bathing section. Staff replied to message promptly.

Bathroom doesn’t have a heater. it was cold during winter. After checkout, I left 4 bags at the concierge area. I asked the receptionist if my bags would be tagged, she said in a v proud manner that she would do so as all the other bags were tagged by her. When I returned to collect my bag, I noticed only one out of 4 bags was tagged. As hotel guests handle the bags ourselves and it was an open area, anyone could take any luggage away as there was no proper monitoring.

We liked the staff, super friendly and nice. The cleanliness. The room was small but comfy. Everything we needed was there. 15-20 min walk from the center.

The area (the vicinity to the railway station) is quite dirty, a lot of noise, construction, and homeless people. But this is clearly not the hotel‘s fault, rather the municipality‘s. The floor heating in the bath was constantly on (we stayed in the summer). Maybe there was a way of how to shut it down but either it was hidden somewhere, or the panel (which we presume was to control the heating) was too convoluted for us to understand. Anyway, a note with instructions would have been nice. The glass door to the toilet was pretty much non-existent, which impacted the privacy in a negative way (you could hear all the noises and stuff).

The room offered everything you need for a city break including safe, comfy beds and wifi. The location was good, being close to the old City and all public transport, and colourful with a good selection of reasonably priced ethic restaurants nearby when you fancy a change from traditional Bavarian fare. The whole place was spotless. The reception staff could not do enough to help us out and we were able to leave our cases until departure on the last day.

Being in a red light district did not bother us particularly and we saw no signs of trouble, but I suppose some may not like it.

Very very clean hotel. Rooms have an high value and of course you pay for it. I am now used to this place since it is the third time I came here for RTSF nearby festival. Beds are comfortable, staff is just nice. Quite close to the central station and the city center: everything is at few minutes walking.

No breakfast at all. Bathrooms are just glass doors next to the bed or very close to it. Quite uncomfortable to use also if it is very clean and the shower works great. It is just very very small. No clue of a bidet... Nearby there's an intense kebap smell which never leaves...

Room was very clean and modern. Great amenities and facilities (free bottled water and coffee everyday, and a smart TV). As it was our honeymoon the staff surprised us with love heart balloons and cute bridal towel animals, was such a beautiful and fun surprise!

Although the front desk was manned 24 hours, there was no added security to stop people walking in from the street and coming up the stairs and/or elevator to any room of the hotel which made us feel a little uncomfortable.

The location is superb, which is 5 minutes walk from metro and the Central Station. The hotel is also very close to the Old Town and major tram station that is also a bus stop where Grayline daytrip tour leaves. Amenities are great too, coffee machine is at every unit and at lobby, bottles of water is provided every day. however, if you are picky about shampoo and conditioner, you must bring your favorite ones. the hotel’s is the one so called hair and body. there are a lot of restaurants especially middle eastern foods, banks to exchange currency, and grocery stores.

if you room is happen to be in a lower floor, you might hear a lot of crowd noise on weekends. also, if you are familiar, just letting you know that there are some strip clubs and such bars around the hotel, which I didn’t care as long as it’s safe.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the central train station which was a big bonus when arriving super early. They let us keep our luggage jn the luggage room untill it was time for check in and check out. The staff were very welcoming, spoke great English and helped us by explaining what we needed to get around the coty with public transport. We had a clean room and the cleaning service was good aswell. They provided us with tea and coffee making amenities and the water is free and good to drink from the tap aswell as it comes from the rivers. The room had ample space to move around even with both our luggages laid out. They also had a Lidl Supermarket close by which came in handy for breakfast since this hotel does not provide any. The hotel is also around 10 mins walk from the city center where you can go shopping and have something to eat. Some reviews mentioned that the curtains do not block the light well, this is partially true. Fortunately for us we had a room which faced the opposite side of the hotel which meant that there were no signs or road lights beaming through the crack the curtains left. Yes, light does come through once the sun shines jn the morning but this did not bother us as it was almost a natural alarm clock.

The area has some eerie, ‘ghetto’, vibes. We found that this was common for many of the hotels in the area so I would not blame the hotel for this. Many people are smoking and drinking on the front steps of the neighborhood and neighboring restaurants. Many homeless people in the area, plus it is not situated in the cleanest of streets. In the neighborhood there is alot of buildings undergoing construction going on, but ofcourse this stops in the evening.

The room was spacious and clean, and the non-alcoholic mini bar was free, which was a welcome detail after a long train journey. The room also had a podule coffee machine. Despite being in a noisy neighbourhood, the room was quiet because of efficient double-glazing, and the air-conditioning meant that the temperature was comfortable. It was an easy walk to and from the train station. The staff are lovely and the reception is open 24 hours a day (I think).

Initially, the neighbourhood looked a bit sketchy, because of what looked like strip clubs dotted around, but the area is full of hotels and convenience stores too. While walking home at night nobody bothered me and despite first impressions it felt pretty safe, though I wonder what it would have been like for younger female travelers.

Great location as the Hauptbahnhof (comfortable to use public transport, e.g. train to the airport) and city center are very close. Very lovely staff. It was nice that they offered coffee at the lobby. The room looked nice design-wise and it was surprisingly spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our stay! Special shoutout to the lovely gentlemen at the reception.

The room had a light smell of something I can't quite put my finger on. The bathroom/toilet has a window a lacks and lacks door (there's a glass door). For me that is not the most comfortable solution if staying together with another person.

The hotel is very pretty, is small one. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are good. Inside, there is a fridge and closet, in some cases, including the drinks for free. The location is very good near to all the historic buildings with just 5 min walking. And it is super near to the train station. The staff is very kind and helpful. For sure I will come back.

Maybe the curtains should be wider the morning sun comes very early and it is difficult to sleep a bit longer in the summer months. The neighborhood is not the prettier, but you walk 2 blocks and then looks different.
