Staff is very friendly and helpful, first day we left our car in the car park contracted by the hotel (14 € while the others 30 € and street parking is limited, street parking is free on only sundays), breakfast is various according to the other hotels in european countries, room we stayed is big enough, room cleaning is made up to our choise, location is very close to karlplatz and centeral places, also metro station is close, there are many markets nearby the hotel,

Neighbourhood the hotel is a little bit weird, because hotel is also located in a very busy street, the street can be some noisy during the night but this problem is possible for all hotels which are close to centeral areas. That's up to your choise

Great hotel. Well located, close to everywhere, close to the old city and public transportation. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The service and attitude at the reception is excellent, especially the lady who is there almost every day in the morning. The room was spacious, well heated and very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is of a very high standard and the personal service you get there is efficient and very kind. There is a very large selection of very high quality food. Very fresh, very tasty and never missing anything. Even the coffee that is prepared according to the guest's choice tastes better than in cafes. We will definitely return there on any future visit to Munich. Thanks!!!

Hotel was extremely convenient to the Munich Main train station, which was great because we didn't have a car for transport and hauling even wheeled suitcases for long distances is not fun. There were plenty of small restaurants and groceries right nearby, especially big selection of Miiddle Eastern eateries. Hotel room and bathroom were small but clean. Area was quiet for sleeping. Staff were very polite and helpful and spoke perfect English.

The neighborhood is a bit messy and the outside of the building is a bit dirty looking although most buildings in Munich seem to have a certain amount of air pollution/soot deposited on the outside. The view out our hotel window was not particularly scenic since it looked out on a backyard area although it was surprisingly quiet at night when we had it open for fresh air.

Close to the station and not too far from the city centre. We walked everywhere looking at the beautiful architecture and then hired electric bikes to explore the amazing Englischer Garten. Very clean and tidy. Worth paying c.13 euros for the breakfast- really nice selection of hit and cold food including scrambled egg, meats, cheese, cereals etc. Staff very helpful. Would recommend.

The location isn’t that fancy because of its proximity to the station, but this is not really a negative, just a fact.

My second stay here in 4 months. The front desk staff are just as lovely, helpful and courteous as they were during my previous stay. I was able to check in before the usual time as my room was ready. This was much appreciated after an early start and a long morning of travelling on a very hot and humid day. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable again with a good shower. Ideal location for the main railway station and many popular sights, shopping, restaurants etc are within a 15 min walk.

We stayed for two nights during Oktoberfest and had low expectations based on the price. However, despite the outside look of the hotel the rooms are great. We had a room at the back which meant it was fairly quiet at night, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent which lots of choice. The location is also perfect for Oktoberfest and the train station. Would definitely stay again.

It is a minor thing but we heard music in our room until about 11 pm (mainly the base), however, afterwards it was very quiet and we slept well. The hotel is not in the nicest area of Munich (i.e. not the old town) but it is safe and there are loads of other affordable hotels in the area.

very nice that they let us check in very early in the morning . the room was quite small but clean . very helpful staff . they told us we’re to park with a discount . the lady was very nice as we asked for a very early check out and we asked for a breakfast to take away . she say impossible because the order was placed too late but on the morning we found 2 very nice and freshly made breakfast box to take away . thanks a lot

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was pretty good, staff is excellent, great location to Munich things to see and do, and Octoberfest.

I was bummed that it didn't have AC, days were very warm and muggy, but they give a fan and evening was cool enough for no issue, but it would certainly be an issue if it's warm.

The location is superb, very close to practically everything, the room was spacious and very comfortable, breakfast was great, finally the staff, extremely helpful both at reception and also in the restaurant during breakfast.

Maybe would like to have some more English speaking TV channels but definiltey not an issue.

Very friendly staff. Adequate breakfast. For this category of hotel I found the bathroom spacious with decent shower. Great location for visiting Deutsch Theater. I found it all in all good value for money.

Had room facing the street. Was a bit noisy but then this is a big busy city. Only found out the next morning there where electric blinds.
