The staff was great. I had the breakfast included with my stay and everything was delicious. The location was great. Close to everything but you don't have to pay for everything.

The area around the hotel had casinos and gentlemen's clubs. The people hanging around there were the types of people that would attend those places. Probably not a place for small children. But I NEVER felt unsafe. Somebody was propping the security door open on the 1st floor.. Probably not the best idea.🤔 Maybe a little more variety at breakfast from day to day. It had a very good breakfast. But it was the same thing every day.

The hotel was very close to the train station which we really liked. It was also very close to city center. The breakfast was a typically hotel breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean. We really liked that the hotel had a netflix option to log into because we weren't really keen on all the German shows since we don't speak German!

Anyone who is saying the neighborhood is shady.... I roll my eyes a bit. It is a city. Yes, there is a strip club nearby, but the neighborhood isn't rough or worrisome at all. It was great. The people were lovely and the restaurants and coffee shops near by were also tasty!

Handy location right near the train station, easy to access the old town, nearby sights and other transport. The room was a good size for our family of 5 although the dining area only had two seats, and with the sofa being used as an extra bed this left us with limited options for sitting. The room was clean and well presented, housekeeping each day did a thorough job.

While this hotel is in the red light district, it wasn’t too noisy or busy nearby. The shower head in the main bathroom was broken, a little more attention to detail would benefit guests.

It was great value for money, quite unexpected! The rooms were very clean, furniture new, staff friendly, breakfast just terrific! I in fact didn’t expect that from such modest place! It was completely safe to stay with children.

We indeed had troubles finding recommend parking. Finally we parked wrong and paid 34 EUR for the night (unexplainable Guthaben indicated in the receipt). it could have been 15 EUR with the hotel’s discount, but we were very tired at night to change the parking garage. Just be careful.

The stuff were very friendly. The facilities in the room were also very good. I liked specially the hardness of the bed, it was not too soft which results in body pain in the morning. The cooling in the room was also very good giving relief when we came back.

Only the corridor was a bit narrow. But I think that is not much of concern when you are staying in a hotel for a short time. The space in the room was enough and that's what we were more concerned of.

The family suite was very accommodating. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The rooms were clean and maintained each day.

The area outside was a little busy when we first got there. It seemed a little sketchy. After the first day it didn’t seem so bad. The train station is just a few blocks away and was a very easy walk. We did day trips each day by train so this was great for us.

We were upgraded to a family suite at no charge. Had a parking spot for us. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful.

Not the greatest location but overall just fine. All the major tourist things to see were within walking distance

It was a really great experience: - receptionists were very hospitable and nice people, they helped us a lot in solving some problems - hotel staff: clean and comfortable - the room had a TV, a bed, a wardrobe, a table, chairs, a refrigerator, a locker for the valuable things - private bathroom - free wi-fi - breakfast was included, a room for breakfast was in this hotel - central location, very convenient I can recommend to stay at this hotel!

The stunning room was clean, tidy and there were towels and set of courtesy; therefore is impossible to have complaints on this accomodation as well as for the delicious breakfast. We really appreciated the kindness of the staff who welcomed us and their attention to the customer's needs. We also parked there, thus everything was perfect! I will definitely come back if in München or surrounding cities again.

Air conditioner, refrigerator and elevator worked great.Room was spacious. We didn't hear outside noise. Bathroom was clean and functioning well. Plenty room for clothes. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent although served at another hotel. Windows need cleaning and update.

We reserved a suite with kitchenette, but no utensils, pots and pans , etc. Tea kettle was dirty with built up acid from water. Electrical outlet in the kitchen not working. Bathroom mirror was cracked. Should be replaced. We reserved a non smoking room, but our room reeked of cigarette smell. Microwave was dirty. Front desk is not 24 hours.
