Room was on the top floor, very quiet and secluded considering we were in the heart of the city. clean, large room.

shower almost flooded over as drain seems to have been clogged?

The location is close to the main station and one can easily use the public transport to travel around. We were three looking only for a place to sleep late at night but there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area and it is perfect for someone who travels around Munich and needs a easily accessible point to rest. The building is old but nicely renovated and clean. Very friendly personnel too.

Because it is close to the main street and the central station, at night one could hear drunk people shouting! Luckily they left early enough and we could get some rest.

Friendly staff and value for the money. The building is old, interior looks a bit outdated but that just adds to the charm. The rooms and bars were comfortable.

It is close to the old city center, however the road is quite busy on weekend nights. Also not the kind of area I would let my wife and children walk alone at night.

The location was outstanding, just few mins walk from Munich central station. Lots of ways to get around including public transportation and scooters! If you are muslim this location is filled with halal food options! Personal recommendation is to try Bab Al Yemen! Staffs were friendly, room was clean, all amenities present!

The hotel is actually within the same complex as a theatre. So there are lot of noise from people coming in and out along with the movements of concert equipments. The noise slows down after 11pm. So if you plan to sleep early need to consider this else this is a fantastic place to stay!.

Comfortable beds. There's a lift, but a maximum of 2 people can enter at any time. Location is perfect, close to shopping area at Karsplatz. Many middle eastern food options around hotel. Staff is friendly, especially the elderly man who is very friendly and gentle :) Also, fan is given during hot summer months!

- Having a microwave oven in the hotel room would have been nice. But, for the price you pay, the basic facilities given are already sufficient. - The floor of the shower cubicle seems like it's gonna give way soon. Some visible cracks were seen. - Everything else, perfect!

The beds were comfortable!

I didn't like that the room door did not open from the inside when locked. The key had to be used to unlock the door from the inside as well as the outside. I feel this is a huge safety issue.

Located a half block from the Karlsplatz made it so easy to get everywhere. We originally chose this hotel because it was near the train station but Karlsplatz is even closer. The place is so clean you could probably perform surgery in the bathrooms. There is coffee available in the morning even if you don’t get the breakfast. There is a self serve laundromat < 3 blocks away near the train station. The staff are friendly and speak English.

The neighborhood can be a bit raucous at night as you would expect near the main train station

Location was good. Walking distance to Main Train station and Main turist attraction. It got kind of loud at night since it wa summer and you needed to open the windows so room can be fresh. Room was clean and felt homie. Restroom and room was spacious and functional. Older property with really cool architecture inside and outside. Good value for your money and overall a nice place to spend a couple of nights in Munich.

A little outdated in their ammenities, but that's part of the charm staying here.

Location near Karlsplatz at a good price. Good free coffee in lobby. Our room faced pretty courtyard with fountain which was quiet after 10 pm except for the sound of the fountain. Room was a good size with plenty of outlets. Helpful staff. Room was clean and mattresses ok.

An old building which is good but carpet was threadbare and bathroom floor tile was badly cracked. No AC and I think it would be very hot at times. We had cool weather and window opens wide so we were fine.
