I like the room it was spacious and clean. I appreciated being right in front of the elevator.

One day my room wasn't cleaned. The girls at the reception area were not very friendly. The restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday which was a pain especially in that neighborhood. When the restaurant was open the person doing the seating was rude in addition to the whole restaurant was booked.. I was surprised they didn't suggest ordering and taking it to my room. So to say I'm disappointed

I think the location is perfect, being so close to the main station is a plus and also to Karlsplatz where many bus tours have their meeting points. The rooms are big and clean.

I know this is normal here but I was dripping in sweat because of no AC. Breakfast option was just ok for the price.

I loved the location of the hotel - an easy walk from the Hauptbahnhof, and not far from the main shopping street. I have stayed here before, and enjoyed the ambience/ quality of food of the bar/ restaurant below the hotel. The room was very clean and felt new and fresh. The late night check in worked very well.

My only slight negative was that the single room I booked was very small. It wasn't a problem, as I wasn't there for long, and the positives still made it worth it, but it was a lot of money for a small space (but maybe this is what you pay to stay centrally in Munich).

Staff was fantastic.

Laundry problems made room not ready but staff was very helpful to make us comfortable during that time. Edited for more detail: the front desk person worked very hard to make certain that our group of 8 was accommodated very well, despite the laundry issues! We interacted with her many times during our short stay in Munich and each experience was a pleasant one. The breakfast was yummy and the coffee in the lobby was a wonderful touch for weary travelers. The staff was a dream to work.

Staff: Friendly, helpful. We reached earlier than the expected (check-in) time. They were really helpful and welcoming as they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel. Similarly, we didn't have to leave for the airport for a few hours after checkout. They were helpful with a similar arrangement for our luggage. I think this is going over and beyond for customers comfort Location: Close to the train stations. Lots of food places close to the hotel. It's also close enough to walk to the Marienplatz (16 minutes). Room: Clean, comfortable, and would highly recommend for a family.

The room did not have air conditioning. We were there in July and it was really hot (as there was a record breaking heat wave across Europe). They do provide a fan which is more than enough if you can leave the windows open. Unfortunately, there was a party close to the hotel (I think it's a pub) which played loud music. It was impossible to sleep with the widows open. If you close the windows you cannot hear a thing. I expect this is a problem only in very hot days. Something to consider if you need a cooler room.

Great room, with comfortable equipment, a large shower and a wide bed. Wifi was free and OK. Would definitely recommend.

The idea of late self check-in is great, but the automat is extremely slow and asks unuseful questions, whose answers the hotel could easily get via Booking. The neighborhood is probably not the best in Munchen, but it’s near the main train station !

The hotel is very close to the train station and easily accessible for the Ubahn and Sbahn. The breakfast was good and fresh and the staff was very nice.

There was no air conditioning in the room and by night was very hot. Moreover, we could not sleep with window open due to noises from outside, mainly from staff/ clients' restaurant.

Loved the brewery as part of the complex and such a good beer. Location right in the heart of the action. 500 meters from the central train station which was awesome.

Unfortunately with the location the seedier elements were prevalent. Got tapped up for cigarettes, a drink, cash. Not MK’s fault though but if booking need to be aware.

The hotel is close to the hotel (ca 7 mins by walking) and Old Town (ca 12 mins). The hotel is located on a noisier street where many restaurants are (no problem with closed windows). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Unfunctional mobile air conditioning in the room. The fridge in the room would be great.

A 5-minute walk from Munich’s central train station and a good base for exploring further on to Marienplatz and the Englische Garten by foot. The decor inside the room is very modern and uncluttered. Bathroom is spacious, with a great walk-in shower that had instant hot water and strong pressure. Wi-Fi worked very well throughout the property and accommodated multiple devices being connected. Great restaurant facilities onsite as well. Baggage storage offered both prior to check-in & post check-out. Staff assistance and friendliness was top-notch, with a special commendation to Sergio at the front desk.

Street-facing room turned out to be extremely noisy throughout the night and into the early hours of the morning due to the late-night restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Would in future definitely take a room not facing onto the street.
