The room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable and everything was pleasant. The staff at the reception desk, especially Lorenzo and Ernesto, were nice, helpful and informative.

Staff was smoking or Skyping under the window. The smoke came directly into the room. When they talked, one could hear the entire conversation. It was too warm to close the window. The cleaning staff sometimes did not replace water or clean the cups. The left the empty water bottles and dirty glasses, Some staff in the restaurant could barely understand German or English. One evening I left the restaurant to look for another place to dine. The waiter could not understand German or English.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great. Close to public transport. Walking distance to shops and town centre. Staff couldn't help us enough. We arrived early and asked if we could leave bags so we could go and look around. No trouble at all. They then gave us a map and marked major areas for us. When we got back to check in they gave us a complementary drink voucher which was nice. We ate at the restaurant which was reasonably priced and saved us walking back after dinner. Food was good. Room was very comfortable and bed very good.

The view out our windows was a brick wall. On the second night the waitress in the restaurant seemed to be trying to make us hurry up and leave. Pillows weren't great but that is Europe wide.

This hotel was amazing! The staff were really nice and always there to help.The receptionist complied with our requests. It’s in a super location, close to everything and the metro is just nearby. The place has a cool vibe, and the breakfast was really good. Small things matter like Sauna, Fitness with sparkling water..etc and we got welcome drinks for free!. Highly recommend! We will back again Munich!

Everything was perfect!

Location is convenient near the train station and just a 29 minute walk to old town. AC worked properly and the water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast had lots of great options and good value for the price of the breakfast. The outdoor patio area was great for eating breakfast and for doing some work. The WiFi connection was good.

I stayed here twice in the same week. The location is convenient but does feel a little bit unsafe at night. The gym only had a few machines. My first night I stayed in an area where I think there might have been smoking rooms nearby because there was a bad smell in the hallway, but the room was fine. On my second stay the room was much better and also more quiet on the other side of the hotel.

The place was quite new. It was very fresh and modern looking and very clean! I stayed their with my partner and we felt relaxed after a 13hour long trip. They were kind enough to even keep our bags since our check-in time was at a later time in the afternoon, and we only reached the hotel very early in the morning. It was near the tourist spots esp St. Paul church. And only 5-10minutes by walk to other popular areas. The property staffs were very accommodating too. Kudos to Lorenzo for upgrading our room too! He was very friendly and with utmost regard to their customers!

None, it was overall an absolutely gorgeous place to stay.

Located close to the station this hotel is within close distance to public transport. Friendly staff welcomed us to this clean and peaceful hotel. The room is spacious and the bed most comfortable. The bar and restaurant stay open until late. Breakfast included a wide variety of hot and cold food. The coffee is amazing! I would recommend this hotel anytime!

It is very hard to find anything negative about this hotel.

Location was near public transport/walkable to bars and restaurants, reception staff were friendly and fixed issues quickly, comfy beds, clean room, free water each day.

Ceiling angle meant that some furniture was close to ceiling e.g. desk which meant a few near missed banging our head, our room was accidentally allocated to another family but luckily we were in the room when they turned up but reception was quick to fix the issue.

I loved the whole place, the staff was super friendly. We were greeted by Lorenzo, and he upgraded our standard room to a much nicer one for free. My partner and I loved the place and almost wished we could have stayed another night there. Very comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, lots of blankets, etc. Overall it was a really nice place!

Not much that I can think of, the only thing I can say was that it was a slightly longer walk away from the train station, but nothing outrageous.

The staff was helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable, the room itself was nicely decorated, modern and clean. The bathroom was also fine. The conditioner worked well.

The bar starts working from 5 pm, restaurant - from 6. So if you'd like to buy a drink before that time, the only possible option is from fringe at the lobby. However, prices for beverages there are not moderate at all - a small bottle of water costs almost 5 euro.

Location is very good. Staff were friendly, beds were very comfortable and the room was well equipped.

Tea & coffee refill was not done on daily basis. Room cleanliness was not perfect. Breakfast was OK, but not wonderful.
