I liked the convenient location, the friendly and very helpful staff, spacious rooms, kitchen facilities, and finally the Shattaf in the toilet.

The parking garages were mostly full and you need to come early to find parking (before 6pm).

We are allowed to go to our room before the check-in time since the housekeeper has finished cleaning. We feel warm-hearted because we just finished 17hours of long flying. Especially we have three kids. We're really appreciated.

The location was great. Short walk to the Metro and Square. The central train station was only a block away. A lot of restaurants nearby. Lidl was a block away, so it was a great place to buy food/drinks. The street was busy but with the windows closed, it blocked out all notice. When your windows are open, you hear everything. If you are not used to city traffic/noise, you won't like it.

Trying to find a parking space for check-in was hard. We ended up parking down the street and walking to the office. Very busy street with traffic and construction. No local parking but there were tons of parking lots in the area. No place to sit in the apartment except for at the dining room table and one chair, so just sitting around the room and being lazy in the room was hard.

The apartment is really close to the train station and supermarkets, so it's really easy to get everything you need! Also despite the fact that we were in the middle of the city center, you couldn't hear a lot of noise from outside because the windows were sound proof.

The ceiling of the apartment had a strange shape in some areas, so it was a bit difficult to, for example, walk to the kitchen.

Room was as described in the website listing. Clean, roomy, helpful and friendly staff. Kitchen had all utensils , dishes, pots, pans, appliances needed to cook our own meals. Located 2-3 blocks from the main train station.

The washers and dryers for hotel guests are in the basement and require coins to operate. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the machines and were not satisfied with their functioning. The late night desk clerk tried to help us, but to no avail. While the hotel is conveniently close to the train station, the area is a bit “rough.” That didn’t other us, but for some people it might be an issue. At no point did we feel threatened or afraid.

GREAT LOCATION: JUST 2 MINUTES WALK FROM THE CENTRAL STATION FOOD AND GROCERY: GREAT VARIETY OF HALAL RESTAURANTS AND GROCERY AVAILABLE WITHIN 1 MINUTE'S WALK SPACE: VERY SPACIOUS APARTMENT TOILET: THE TOILET HAD MUSLIM SHOWER ATTACHED TO THE BIDET STAFF: 24 HOUR RECEPTION HAD VERY COOPERATIVE AND HELPFUL STAFF

WHEN YOU OPEN THE WINDOWS IT WAS QUITE NOISY OUTSIDE DUE TO A BUILDING CONSTRUCTION WORK GOING ON RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND IN THE MORNING THE ROAD CLEANING VEHICLES MAKE ALOT OF NOISE TOO. BUT IF KEEP THE WINDOWS CLOSED THEN THERE IS NO NOISE.

The room was very clean, and everything looked new. We were fitting five people into a one bedroom, but we still felt comfortable. For a couple it would have felt spacious. Aside from the fact that the areas around train stations always seem a little sketchy, the location was great. It is just a couple of minutes from the train station, a few more to the Old Town, and there is a Lidl on the next block. I spoke to several front desk staff, and they were all helpful and friendly.

Maybe it's just because we were only there for a couple of days and only used the room for sleeping, but it seemed pretty expensive.

The location of this property is brilliant just around 5 minutes walk to the Munich train station. The staffs were friendly and polite😄 The property attached with lift and the room was clean, with kitchen and private bathroom available. Towels, shampoos, hair dryer, kettle to be heated up on the stove, kitchen utensils, coffee and teas are provided. They also allowed us to store our luggages after check-out with minimal charge. Highly recommended!

If you’re a very light sleeper you might find a little noise from the street (especially summer as you’ll wanted to open the window for fresh air), but if you closed the window they are quite sound proof so it’s absolutely fine for us (we are very tired from the day trips as well😂😂😂)

We rented an apartment, so had lots of space and privacy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly spacious, has a nice shower, and features a bidet. Location was terrific, just a few minutes' walk from Munich's central train station and super close to a number of really excellent restaurants. The front desk is staffed 24/7. The staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a busy area, so lots of traffic noise. The apartment featured heavy curtains that helped block it.

Everything was great; the rooms had comfy beds, all essential equipment in kitchen and bathroom were provided. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Staff are very nice and professional especially Mr. Rabia; he was very helpful in guiding us and answering all questions. The location is central and close the main station and many attractions.

The WiFi was not working in the main bedroom at all and it was noisy outside due to work on buildings under construction.
