very good location (close to the main station of Munich). the staff members were very polite and helpful. the breakfast was good.

the cleaning of the rooms wasn’t good. the housekeeping didn’t use the vacuum cleaner in the rooms, although I asked the receptionist to tell them to do so. in addition, the shampoo in the shower ended two times during my stay but the housekeeping didn’t change it and I had to ask them to do so each time I get to the room after a long day outside the hotel. the cleanness of the rooms is very important, and the hotel should pay attention to it more.

Very convenient for the main railway terminus and S Bahn. It's within a 5 minute walk and on our second day we took the OBB express train to Salzburg where we spent the day. Closer to the city centre than it's brother hotel Eurostars Grand Central. All the staff were exceptional in their conduct. Courteous, helpful and a friendly approach. Breakfast was superb and one could have as much as one wanted. We had dinner for one night which was freshly made and of good quality, also reasonable in price. An incredibly clean and tidy hotel with soundproof rooms and easy to connect wifi. Lovely and warm too.

We would have preferred a bath and the room was smaller than what we experienced at Grand Central last year but that was no great issue. The nearby area was not as tranquil as the location of Grand Central. There seemed to be a great deal of construction work in the nearby location including in the city centre and exactly 12 months later the main station is still in its renovation state. That said, none of this affected our stay.

Hotel location is good in a very crowded area full of restaurants and shops. Its concept and design are very nice. Room is specious exceed my expectations. Well equipped with coffee and tea maker, but daily supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water was not spontaneous and I had to request them every other day. Breakfast was of good quality and variety but there was no changes on the menu form day to day. Some food items are not relinquished if finished due to the big number of guests. Generally speaking, I enjoyed the stay in this Hotel despite few little negative things.

The Room was for 3 persons, but towels were only for two person and again I have to ask for extra every day. Some towels are very old and needs to be replaced. The lift is not always effective specially at the rush hours. Cleanliness is not proper where some dirt and renaming particles are left on the floor for more then 3 days.

Breakfast was excellent. A large variety of options and good quality. It covered any diet preference, from meat, vegetarian and vegan options for both food and drinks. The room was clear and we had housekeeping tidying and changing sheets every other day. We had everything we required. Slippers, shower caps and toiletry. The stuff was very helpful, kind and polite. The Hotel Management was very helpful during the time before our arrival, considering that I have sent them dozens of emails and they always responded politely in few hours. In general we had a pleasant stay and really I would definetely choose Eurostars Book Hotel next time I will be in Munich.

I love the appearance of the lobby - it's uniquely colourful and looks swanky with the style of the chairs/sofas. The look of the book really does convey intelligence and class. The decor and architecture is very mod and gives the hotel a polished look. The gym was really nice to have and even though I didn't use the sauna that's also an added bonus. The bed was comfortable and I stacked 2 pillows to make for a pleasant snooze. Hotel pillows normally don't agree with me, but these ones were the cat's meow! I also liked the appearance of the shower stall and layout of the bathroom. Everything is compact, but spacious enough. Same goes for the room, the architect did a great job! Breakfast is nutritious, has variety and well worth the 15€ Location relative to the central station, tourist pickup point and Oktoberfest grounds is pure gold.

Given how it's the time of Oktoberfest the rate hike can really do a number on your wallet, but that's par for the course. That's the only part where I dock a point from being the perfect 10. Other than that, this hotel is fantastic!

Complimentary drink was nice, room is very spacious and has all the amenties we needed. Very close to Munich Central station and many restaurants and shops nearby.

The phone number and messaging service on Booking.com aren't aligned with the business. We were concerned we hadn't received confirmation about our late arrival (between 10pm-11pm) from the hotel and when I tried calling, it said it was outside office hours so was confused (perhaps it was head office I called not this branch?) Would have been good to get confirmation or have a valid number to call.

This is a really great place conveniently located a few minutes from the main train station. The concept incorporating book quotes is cool and the overall design is really neat too. Our room was huge, nicely furnished and the bed was extremely big and comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. Even the third bed/a foldable couch was comfortable. Despite the area being a busy one, the room was completely sound proof and quiet. The staff was very polite and proffessional.

I'm not sure if the AC worked properly, the room was still very warm even though we turned it down to 18°C. That's just a detail, we could open the window which is nice. The area is not the nicest but still safe.
