The hotel is not very far from Munich main train station (walkable distance). The room is rather spacious (because it's under the roof, so it leaves space for storing the luggage), at least for 1 traveller. The staff was really friendly, we had a great chat and they helped me out with something. The bathroom is spacious.

The elevator isn't servicing the last floor where I stayed. It wasn't hard to take the stairs but someone with heavy lugguage or disability may struggle. It's a pity there was no fridge in the room, but maybe it's expected in this category of hotel. It's only my personal preference but I think it would be better without carpet in the room. There was no major issue with the hotel.

Really great place - the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd actually booked somewhere else, and when we go there is was dirty, it was the last 2 nights of our holiday and we didn't want a bad memory of the last couple of days, so we took this place instead - am really glad we did! They gave us an option of rooms when we arrived - it was really clean, and nicely decorated and comfortable - cool paintings and plants around the place.The breakfast is decent, with a good variety. The location is great - 5/10 mins walk to the main station and about 20 minutes via an nice route into the old town. There are load of great Turkish, Middle Easters and South Asian cafes and restaurants in the area, its a cool location just to wander around, some nice food shops etc, slightly away from the main town centre. The only minor point is that it would have been nice to have tea/coffee and a kettle in our room - although they did say they'd only taken over recently, so maybe this will change. It's a minor point though as overall great staff and place to stay, reasonable price - would def book again if we were in Munich

Breakfast was good, it was a bit expensive as we booked it later and not with the reservation, to get the best value you should be early up for breakfast, The staff was good and friendly

the room was ok, no air condition, the bathroom van made a huge amount of noise for hours, the layout for the light switches was just a mess and not well thought out, a dangerous experience was the shower, in the bathroom was no shower mat and while exiting the shower we both almost slipped badly, and that was taken it very careful getting in and out ,with spending a couple hundred $ we should get our backs fixed after the shower experience I'm surprised that there was no accidents yet None smoking building- except the night staff was smoking heavy in the building

Good location and nice staff and communication.

Check in process was very difficult, I sent an email informing about my check in at 0200 and they replay, “NO PROBLEM” when I show up the door was closed and a phone number was in the door, but normally the tourist people does not have phone number or internet. For that reason I have to leave my family there, walk back to the train station and finally call the number to receive instructions to enter. All this can be avoided if they send by email all the details.

The hotel and our room were lovely and warm. The hotel was heated well. We really appreciated this as we visited in January when the weather was freezing outside. We also appreciated the hotel having a lift plus the rooms were a very good size - large and roomy; the bathroom was not too tight either.

Bulgarian lady was very helpful and friendly at breakfast area, and reseption staff was very friendly, Easy to reach hotel from central station,take the Goethe Strasse exit and walk straight along the street. Rooms was clean

There is no kettle and refrigeritor in the room No lobby area

Everything was functional basic and working what you would expect from a 3star Hotel. I was satisfied about the great central location even the neighbourhood is multicultural I loved the food in the Arabic restaurant definitely a huge plus. Close to everything to be honest. Very friendly and helpful receptionist .

There was no ironing board. This was a shame as I was not able to iron properly.

Staff was really nice and friendly and the hotel had everything you need when travelling. Nice and cosy, with good taste! On arrival, the hidden entrance can be misleading, once in it's a nice hotel! Good breakfast.

The hotel owner was a very friendly person. As the kids don’t eat much for breakfast he gave us a reduced price and it completely met our expectations. We needed a hotel close to the main station. I like the fact that this hotel offers family rooms. More hotels should do this. The hotel was very tidy and clean.

They could offer bins to separate cardboard, plastic and foodwaste instead of just having one bin for general waste. Water needed to heat up a little, but was absolutely fine after a couple of minutes.

Overall a good hotel. The family room we booked was quite spacious and clean. Close to main railway station, Munich Hbf and the coach stop for Gray Line Münchener Stadtrundfahrten Karlspl (the place from where most coaches for sightseeing starts) 5-10min walking distance. It is also very close to the Munich Old town - hence we could spend more time till late evening near Marienplatz, great music, food etc. - therefore a great location. The hotel staff were helpful, and I would specially like to thank Tobias for all his help during our stay in the hotel.

Just that between railway station to the hotel is a bit crowded with lots of kebab and green groceries shops which feels a bit crowded, however people who enjoy kebabs etc. may find this positive. The shower door was slightly broken hence water kept spilling out. We couldn't manage to start the TV and the internet was not really very strong and sometimes no internet connection at all - although trivial issues.
