The hotel has great location, it is near the center of the city, metro station and shops, but street noise does not bother. The room is small, but there is all necessary facilities. The staff is nice. The breakfast is ok.

Late check-in. It was our first experience such late (4 PM) check-in, when check-out is at 11 AM. Hotels I used to stay in have provided check-in at 2 PM as the rule. In this hotel the room is small, I don't know why it is necessary so much time for cleaning. We traveled with sun and had early departure so it was difficult to walk 4 hours waiting for check-in time. In the bathroom the window does not have any curtain. It was uncomfortable thinking that somebody can stay on fire escape.

This was a nice clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and Roxanna was super accommodating and helpful at check in. There was an excellent bakery on the corner and everyone here was super friendly. Great tasting food and great prices in this neighborhood. Close enough to either walk to Marienplatz or take a quick ride on S-Bahn.

It was located in an area of town that felt a little unsafe initially but during our stay we were never harassed or in danger. Just a lot of staining and frowning from the locals.

What a fantastic hotel. The location was perfect as only 5 minutes from the Central station and other underground stations. There are lots of restaurants and shops round about the hotel also. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted our eggs cooked a little longer at breakfast which they did for us every morning. They were also really helpful in explaining how we could get to different places. The continental breakfast was very good with a great variety of cereals, breads, cheese, meats, fruit and juice. There is also a water machine where you can get cold water any time. The room was comfortable and spacious and very clean. Overall, fantastic value and I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Munich.

The staff were all extremely helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast was very good. It was easy to go anywhere in Munich from this location. The main train station is about 4 city blocks away so easily walkable. The price paid was very reasonable.

My room (108) was right next to the outdoor smoking area. I wasn't able to open my window without smelling cigarette smoke. When people came in late at night I could hear them talking loudly while waiting for the elevator. I realize this is difficult for the hotel to stop, people should be more respectful of other guests. Also when people went out to the smoking area they passed my room and if they didn't lower their voices they woke me up. This was only a problem after 11 pm when it is most appreciated if people don't speak loudly as they move through the hotel.

In my opinion everything went well. The staff was ready for us when we arrived, as we had 3 rooms for our group. The staff was always available at the front desk. The hotel was in a good location relative to the train station and the old town where we spent the majority of our time. Breakfast had excellent options and the breakfast area was very clean and well organized. Rooms were clean and had everything we required for our 5 night stay.

From my standpoint there is not much more that could be done better. The value of what you get is very good.

Staff is great and trying to make your stay as better as possible. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Brekfast was ok.

During our stay, the weather was extremely hot and in the room, without AC, it was very warm. Parking in hotel is very small so we had to park our car in public garage two streets away and during rain it was not the best solution. The hotel has a good daily tariff, but the parking is looking a bit scary, 2-4 floors undergraund with not too much light. In my opinion, hotel is not in the best part of Munich

The staff was very friendly and always smile on their faces. The breakfast is open buffet, you can find something you can eat easily. Coffee, tea and juice also serving at breakfast. Home made jams were delicious. You can find tap water from the machine 7/24 as free. The location of the hotel is very close to the center. When we made booking the hotel sent us how we can find the hotel with directions and different transportation options. I thing that is so nice. We shopped cheese in the city and asked the hotel to use their fridge, and they immediately helped us.

There was construction in the hotel when we stayed but actually it is not their fault. They have to make it some time anyway. Maybe they can add olives to the breakfast buffet :) I can't think any bad thing about the hotel :)

The staff was very friendly, Roxanna gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Location is very good, a few blocks from the main train station and about 15 min walk from the old town. We are a family of four with 2 older teens, the room was comfortable, very clean, spacious, modern, and excellent lighting. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast as we had to leave very early both days we stayed, but it looked very good too. Highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was a smoking smell at the entrance and in the hallway, however, the room was great and clean with no odor.

.The staffs are exceptionally helpful and friendly! We arrived earlier and they helped with luggage storage before we check in much later on. In general, the staffs speak good English too which is a huge relief for us who cant speak german. We notice they have more smiles than most of the other hotel staffs we met in Germany. Keep that up! The location is good, 6-8min on foot to HBF but on the way there is some dodgy areas, not the hotel fault but could be a point of concern especially if one is planning to leave/arrive to the hotel at night. On our last night, a friday night, we can hear a lot of noise from people partying downstairs hence do bring your own earplugs! It seems to be a common issue for hotels within Germany cities. The room itself is comfortable and adequate of size. Beds are comfortable. We love that theres elevator in the hotel as we have many luggages.

Kettle is available for free at request only, possibly the only thing i would suggest to change.

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly, there was a water station where you could get free still or sparkling water, there was a small selection of soft drinks, beer and sweets in the lobby. I would definitely book the hotel next time o am in Munich

I would of liked tea and coffee in the rooms Just a small thing I didn’t like was the breakfast staff were always standing over the buffet watching I know they probably were seeing if everything was full but it was quite off putting
