Breakfast is amazing and reception are very helpful + friendly. Very close to everything in Munich and we just walk around to explore the area. The hotel is surrounded with a lot of restaurant and bars/pubs, so there is a lot of things to do in the area.

We did a mistake of walking from Central Station to the hotel, and there are a lot of roadworks happening. We should have taken a taxi or maybe not as there are climate activist blocking the road at the time we arrive. I will say we are just unlucky at the day of our arrival. The elevator is very small, if you have big wheely luggage, it can only fit you and the luggage.

Room big and clean. There is a kettle in the room and a large selection of drinks, mineral water of good quality. glasses, wine glasses and everything you need. TV with a large selection of programmes. Quiet and pleasant room. In the bathroom there is a bath gel and body lotion, a shaving set, a comb and a cosmetic set.Service nice and very helpful. The hotel is located in a great area. Close to restaurants, bars and the river by which you can walk. Safe and peaceful surroundings.

If I order a room with one double bed, I expect the bed not to split into two halves in the middle of the night. It could be taken care of. Because it's a bit hard to get up in the middle of the night after falling to the ground. The shower and mold in the grout leaves a lot to be desired. The 19€ fee for car parking is a big exaggeration.

It was very well situated. Breakfast was great. Nice big bed. Everything was just fine. But what was exceptional was the friendliness and helofulness of the staff. Everyone I had dealings with went out of their way to cater to my wishes. I don’t remember any names, except Jo(h)Anna in the kitchen, who was lovely. But also want to commend especially the gentleman who was working reception when I arrived, for his kindness and patience.

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Munich and I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Mr. Kaiedi at the reception desk. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Kaiedi made me feel welcomed and was always available to assist with any needs or questions I had. His attention to detail and personalized approach to customer service made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend the Leonardo Boutique Hotel, and especially Mr. Kaiedi, to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Munich.

The 24-hr front desk staff were always helpful, friendly and professional. The room was clean, mood-setting (hello red lights!) and just the right temperature. It was on the smaller side but that was perfect for an Oktoberfest weekend, where we didn't plan to be in the room too much anyway :) The toiletry amenities were above par, from sewing kits to new toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room. We enjoyed the location, near to many restaurants and shops.

I think there's construction going on or something in the area right now...but we got a ticket when parked on the streets around the hotel. That is our fault of course, but just want to give a heads up to future driving visitors that the parking situation is not the greatest. Also, we chose the queen bed option and it was two twin beds pushed together instead. That could have been an oversight on my part when booking, but again, just another heads up!

Excellent location: near to the old town and the university area which is lovely, and also near to a great range of bakeries, restaurants and shops nearby. Even though the location was ideal it was quiet and calm which meant sleep was great. The room was always clean. The staff were always available. Every staff member was helpful, friendly and kind.

The bathroom was very tiny which meant that privacy (with the family member I was sharing my room with) was limited. Not a problem if you are with a partner but not ideal if another family member or a friend.

The front desk clerks are by far the best "feature" of this hotel. They are friendly without overdoing it exceedingly competent. The location was great for my purpose and there are some nice bars and restaurants as well as a bakery in the street right by it.

The room I stayed in was a little small. TV was facing one of the beds but not the other. Cleanliness could be (much) improved, for example there were cobwebs underneath the ceiling window of the bathroom. Speaking of bathroom, the door is mostly transparent and facing one of the beds - weeeeird and offputting. Frankly, I don't see how this can be seen as a boutique hotel because it's not that special. The only thing that really makes it more distinctive is the full use of the colour purple in corridors, etc. That's not enough.

The room was pretty clean and the Layout was nice. The bed was comfortable and big. Very good location tho 10 mins walk to Marienplatz and located right in the middle of restaurants

The shower wall or door must be leaking as there was a water pool after the shower. The wall was pretty thin we could totally hear what was going on in the hallway in the morning including the cleaning staff and cleaning equipment.

The hotel is in a great location near bars and restaurants. The English garden is very close by. Public transport is very accessible (Ubahn and trams). The wifi worked really well. I was able to do Zoom calls in my room. The reception and cleaning staff are friendly. The Candy bar and coffee on reception were an added bonus.

The rooftop room was quite small and cramped due to the slanted ceilings. They didn't top up the tea/coffee/bottle of water in the rooms, which was expected for the cost of the hotel.

Good location between museums and city. Very friendly and reactive staff, I had a problem with the shower, it was fixed within the day. Very good breakfast.

Not so good phonic insulation with the corridor and the other rooms. But that's bearable.
