Hot breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, over easy eggs, bacon, nuremburg sausages, and crepes. Cold breakfast consisted of several cereal/muesli options, deli meats, and fine assortment of baked goods. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated, but perhaps thats because I'm from the USA. The bathroom was clean and modern with an open concept shower that worked surprisingly well. The option on Booking.com said "King Bed"; however, it was just two twin beds put together. The location was excellent. About a 10 minute walk to Odeonsplatz and the metro station there. Several local food options around the hotel that are outside of the touristy area.

I think the breakfast should include weisswurst.

What a great hotel, everything about it is excellent. It is located 10 minutes walk from the old city and about 5 minutes to the U-Bahn subway station. The staff was so courteous, professional and friendly. Breakfast is a treat, lots of option, excellent coffee and again, very helpful staff. The room was quiet and comfortable, a bit on the small side, but is organized very efficiently. My wife and teenaged son shared a room and we didn't step on each other's toes. The bathroom looked almost new, and was very clean just like the room. Locating the hotel easy, due to the large neon sign above it. A minute walk from the hotel you can find restaurants, bars, bakeries and more. Highly recommended!!!

Nice location in a quiet street in great student & arts neighbourhood Maxvorstadt, full of great bars and restaurants, galleries and museums within easy walking distance from the hotel. Marienplatz - heart of Munich - is less than 20 min walk and the closest metro station is less than 10 min. If you have lot of luggage you will have to take (most expensive in the world?) taxi/Uber ride to and from the airport. Hotel itself is nice and a good value for money, with very hospitable staff. Single room is small, but comfortable enough, with new bathroom. Breakfast is excellent!

Narrow bed in single rooms - "speciality" of German and Austrian hotels...but still a nice sleep

The room was comfortable although a bit small. With the window closed it was very quiet. Nice to have the mini fridge to keep food fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff at breakfast. The hotel provided gluten and dairy free bread which helped a lot. A few restaurants within a 10 minute walk that provide very good vegan/vegetarian/gluten free choices. Hotel is close to all transportation modes which makes it easy to get around.

No complaints although it would have been nice to a have the ability to make coffee/tea in the room.

The hotel is in a great location, with bus and metro stops nearby to reach anywhere in Munich. Munich historical center is within walking distance. The room was comfortable. Breakfast had varied options and provided a refreshing and energizing start to the day.

The bathroom size was a bit small and ventilation did not work in one of the rooms, but it did not affect our stay as much as we were on a short visit.

Really good location, everything was clear and comfortable. Beds are really good. amazing staff especially blonde lady who helped us a lot with our baggage. Location is also good, walking distance from all major sightseeings. Good breakfast was also included. It was really great experience. Definitely Will recommend this hotel to everyone .

Everything was good.

When I booked this hotel, the reviews all mentioned how small the rooms were. While I found it to be true, it wasn’t bothersome. The beds were comfy and everything was so clean. The hotel staff at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast servers were so friendly and efficient.

The fact that the street had multiple construction sites is something totally out of their control. But boy did they start working early. 😕

Very well located hotel in close walking distance to most museums as well as Old City Center. I can't fault this hotel. It has a great value for cash. I had lower expectation and it exceeded them. The room was clean, beds very comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

The furniture is a bit dated but it's in perfect working condition. To be honest this is not much of an issue but it's the only issue I could think of.

Very good price for value. Quiet room, pretty clean, accomodating staff, good breakfast included in the price and unbeatable location. Totally recommendable for short stays in Munich.

The bed was pretty small and overall the room was basic and a bit run down, but there was nothing bad, I was very satisfied.

The Hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. There is a lovely garden in the back which we didn't use because it rained while we were in Munich, but it would be a nice place for a glass of wine, or even to eat breakfast. The location is great. You can walk to the galleries, museums, English gardens, and Altestadt easily from the hotel. The rooms were quiet. I never heard other guests.

I really don't have any complaints. The room was somewhat small, but perhaps that is the standard in Munich for hotels of this price.
