The location was absolutely perfect. A short 10 minute walk from the train station (taking you through cobbled streets and past all the shops). The Hotel had a wonderful feel to it and the staff were super friendly and informative. Our room was really lovely. We had booked a twin room so had 2 big beds which were very comfy and 2 great pillows. The shower was good. The breakfast was wonderful and looking out over the river at the buildings and bridges was such a treat. We had a voucher for a free coffee which we used. I used the pool which was located on the top floor overlooking all the roofs of the buildings. The gym was good too. A wonderful stay.

This hotel is located in a newly constructed part of the historic old town of Nuremberg and has a modern and cosmopolitan, yet comfortable vibe. Our room was relatively small, yet very comfy, faced the inner courtyard, and was surprisingly quiet, even in the middle of a music festival. The location is fantastic, just a half block from the main market square and short walk to many of the old town's main attractions. The spa and workout facilities on the top floor are surprisingly large for a hotel this size. Parking was easy with the (public) deck of the Augustinerhof being part of the complex; the hotel validates your ticket at the reception desk and provides a discount.

The one thing we did not like was the quality of the WiFi. It was really slow (< 2 Mbps) in our room. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast offerings since it wasn't possible to decide last-minute whether to go as the hotel requires advance notification due to the way they serve breakfast, which is sit-down and not buffet style. However, there is a French bakery that is part of the complex where you can get a pastry and coffee instead. (Their almost croissants are to die for!)

First, the design of the hotel, including rooms makes it a really interesting place to stay. Second, even though the spa zone isn’t huge, it was great enough to relax. Third, the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. And last but not least, the cleanliness of the whole facility was on the high level.

Breakfast isn’t worth the money you pay. On the last day of our stay, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. We were 5 people from 3 different rooms joining one after another. We only got 2 étagères which were meant for 4 people, not 5. One more little thing, there was no extra toilet paper. As a matter of fact, we ran out of toilet paper on the last night. These are very personal situations that may not happen to you. Otherwise, I totally recommend this hotel.

Great location. My room faced the inner courtyard. Very quiet. The interior design of the whole hotel was so beautiful! Clean bathroom. Great breakfast. (high-tea worthy breakfast set up. Best hotel breakfast i have ever had.) The hotel gave a free drink coupon for the cafe attached to the hotel which was a nice surprise. (The cafe is beautiful and I went there daily for coffee and food. Their pastries were delicious.) Large lobby area with lounges and seating for people to sit down and grab coffee and food from the same cafe.

No tea, coffee or kettle in room. (Unsure if they give it to you if requested) Ask at the front desk if you want slippers. Not offered in room.

I would give this hotel 11/10. We did a tour of Bavaria and out of all the hotels we stayed in this was the best. Excellent location, clean modern and comfy. Wi-Fi free and excellent, Able to do chrome cast on TV so could stream Netflix from my laptop, Room size good. Bathroom excellent. Free coffee and coffee maker, Little welcome treats like chocolate. Attached to a wonderful patisserie. I didn’t bother with breakfast just had a coffee and croissant from there. Lobby is warm and inviting. Has a sauna and cool pool on site. Parking is in an underground car park €20 per day with discount if staying in hotel.

Considering we stayed here over Christmas, the staff showed no signs of stress and were exceptionally pleasant and attentive. From the lobby, to the lounge, to the wellness area and the rooms - great effort was put into a designing a calming and visually pleasing experience. I particularly loved the bathroom layout, the fact that the TV could be hidden and the fact that it’s so quiet - you feel like no one’s around. The bed is a dream. The breakfast was an absolute highlight! the 2nd time we went the staff seemed a little busier and things were forgotten here and there but in terms of the food for breakfast and dinner: impeccable and our lovely waitress for dinner whose name’s slipped my mind was beyond brilliant.

Super convenient location, modern minimalistic interior, extremely friendly and caring staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room (Brasserie NITZ). Breakfast is just fantastic - very generous and delicious. You'll be served a platter of cold cuts, cheese of different kinds, some veggies, fresh bread and croissants along with cream cheese, butter, marmalade and homemade chocolate spread, as well as granola with yogurt and fruit salad. Additionally you can pick freshly cooked eggs of your choice - fried/scrambled, omelet with different fillings and drinks (water, juice, black coffee, cappuccino...). It's not a buffet breakfast, but this way it's even better - everything is super fresh and your meal has a personal touch :) Another impressive thing is spa with a small swimming pool and sauna on the hotel's top floor. The spa zone is nicely designed, and it's quite a unique experience to swim looking at the old town roofs. Small complements and details also matter, so I would highlight a few as well: there's a free big bottle of sparkling water in the room, cozy bath robes for the spa zone, and (I guess, depending on a season) at the reception desk during your check-in you might also get a few vouchers you can exchange for a hot drink or an ice cream in the cafés right next to the hotel, and last, but not least - the hotel smells amazing - the perfumes used in the spa zone and the corridors with soft dim light make you feel cozy and relaxed.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The room was spacious, clean and looked really nice. The staff was extremely friendly (they even wrote a card and brought some cake with a candle for my birthday). The location is perfect to explore Nuremberg. Even though the hotel has quite a few rooms, the pool area was super quiet and relaxing! We will definitely be back!

best hotel of Nürnberg. everybody visit this hotel’s icecream 🍦 shop which close at 8 pm people almost cry in front of door. ı really suprised this. hotel has coffee shop in which there are yummy 😋 yummy bagels. staff very polite professional. They respect customer and not request credit card immediately like other hotels When customer arrive. to see hotels like this make me very happy. Only to stay in this hotel again We will make Nürnberg travel a few years later again. very very clean hotel. Thanks to everybody for this high quality management.

Excellent central location, we looked onto the Xmas market. Well constructed property with all modern amenities. Nice quality furnishings and decor. On-site restaurant and cafe were a big bonus with sub-zero temperatures! Parking next door was also great. Heated floor in the bathroom :) Spa upstairs was very nice, and included lounge area, pool, workout room, and sauna. Well done!

The restaurant, although convenient, had a limited menu and the food was fine, but not great. The hinged door to the toilet in the bathroom made noise every time it opened or closed. We were glad to be able to upgrade to a little larger room because the standard rooms have an A frame/low height bed area and very little space in the room, and if you are tall, that low ceiling could be an issue.
