Perfect location right in the city centre. We arrived quite late in the evening at a time that the reception was already closed, and we got a really friendly message with all the information we needed to check in to the hotel. Great place to stay for a weekend!

The shower was a little bit small, and there is no airco in the room. Normally that's fine because the windows can be opened, but we stayed at a time that it was very warm outside and in that case some temperature control would have been great.

The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they have returned to my messages instantly. The bed was comfortable. I didn't heard any noise at night. Location was nice and very close to the Christmas market and Dom.

Heating. Maybe it's because I went there from Lisbon and I'm not used to the cold weathers but the room felt kinda chilly even with heating was at max. Not cold a little bit chilly.(Note that there is a extra heater in the bathroom but I didn't use it much since it said don't run it overnight for safety reasons.)

Location, cleanliness, coffee, reception staff

Rooms were not made up each day but cleaning staff came daily to take away coffee cups (except once they didn't); to take away the water bottle (after 4 days); to deliver towels when requested (and once when not requested). Pillows were shaped a little oddly but not uncomfortable.

Excellent location, quiet back street location just off the main pedestrian shopping and sightseeing districts, plenty of bars and restaurants. Food & drinks are cheaper in Germany than Belgium so budget of 80-100 Euros/day for 2 adults is sufficient to enjoy at bars and restaurants. Cheerful and very helpful front desk services. Parking is easy and cheap at 10 Euro/day, just across the one-way street. Free fruits, tea and coffee at lobby. Dollar for good value!

Our quiet room offered on top level w/ slanted roof on one side, making the room much smaller (around 10-12 square meters?) Window blind not functioning well, and could be real hot in summer! Shower cubicle is small, not fit for European size. Lift just squeezed in 2 adults and 2 pieces of suitcases. Bed fitted sheet is of "rough" surface and pale looking, similar to those in Luxembourg and other German hotels. Not comfortable to sleep on; or perhaps that's the "Norm" ?! German hotel rooms offering various size and shapes of pillows, be it square, large (could fold in half!) and triangle, very interesting indeed, but not too helpful!

Check-in was super smooth. Very close to center and they have a parking practically in front of the hotel. Clean room and bathroom, I would stay again for a short visit.

Room is basic and rather small, 3rd bed was a sofa-bed (we knew and were ok with that when booking, but I can imagine if can be a problem for others, specially for longer stays)

The room was large and spotlessly clean. Although I had to check in and check out when reception was closed, I had no issues. The hotel is well located for exploring Trier - I saw all of the main sites just walking around.

The walls were a little thin - I could hear my neighbors talking and watching TV.

Very clean room, very nice people, location is perfect in the centre but yet very quiet. And the hotel has private parking places for only 10€ a night.

The hotel doesn't serve breakfast and the coffee corners of lunchrooms only open at 9 or even 9.30 so if you want to leave early, best to go to a bakery for a coffee to go.

first day wifi didn’t work well but we asked and they fixed it so it wasn’t a problem and for the breakfast they provide instant coffee which you can prepare in the room but second day we couldn’t find any coffee

Very friendly staff- the location is perfect. Nearby the city centre and the river. During our stay it was 34 degrees outside, but somehow in the evening the room was cool enough to sleep comfortable. No breakfast but there is waterboiler for coffee and tea. parking place- just send a message to the property and they reserve a spot for you.

easy check-in. key was in key box and all worked fine. Wifi worked pretty good in room 307. The bathroom had an own window and it was nice to ventilate. We could leave our luggage there while hiking for several days.
