We were in a quick trip from Frankfurt to solve important stuff in Trier. We need a coworking or something, but we arrive very late and the Hotel makes all the possible to help us. The hotel have an enourmous first floor plenty of meeting rooms, tables, tables and more tables. Is awesome for business travelers that need to work.

Only the underground parking is not connected by elevator with the main building, but this is a very minor drawback as you can reach the hotel door with the car to unload the bagagge to your room and then move the car to the nice underground parking, well protected.

We came by motorcycle and unfortunately the battery drained whilst not in use and could not be unlocked or started on the day of our departure. However the staff on duty were incredibly helpful and another colleague of the receptionists had a set of jump leads to solve the problem. Another colleague spoke to a local BMW Motorad garage and entered their address on my GPS. Thanks to the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff my wife and I continued on our holiday with no further problems. The date of our departure was Tuesday 25 July 2023. The location is perfect to walk out and tour most of the sites. Restaurants are within walking or delivery (using app) On site breakfast & parking

Parking & breakfast both cost €12 each/ day. The room was cold. There were not enough towels & wash cloths ( I always travel with my own) for 2 adults & 2 children.

Very spacious lobby and outside area for guests to relax in, which included a pool table (every hotel should get one!). Reception staff very helpful generally, but in particular when we did have an issue with many breakfast items not being available one of the days we stayed, they didn't try to ignore the complaint and give us a discount on that part of the stay. Problems can always arise but it's how they are resolved that matters. Excellent location at start of pedestrian zone of the city.

The fact that the hotel had plenty of parking for a decent price was very positive. The location was great, very close to the city center and all sightseeing attractions. Room was clean and comfortable.

We had the breakfast 1 hour before the closing, but a lot of food was already out. No normal buns even and most of the jam was empty, which I find a bit annoying considering the cost of the breakfast. The complementary water was not there :(. The pool table in the hall needs fixing, because the play field was damaged.

Really enjoyed the location, very convenient, near all the best restaurants (and a well-stocked shop in the petrol station for late night snacks). The terrace area with the bar was lovely and the staff did good strong cocktails. The pool table was fun and I particularly appreciated the complimentary ice pops every day of our stay as it was quite warm outside!! Comfy huge bed and everything was very clean.

Very good breakfast buffet (fabulous Bircher muesli!) Quiet rooms, well equipped, very clean. Good location, about twelve minutes walk from all the main sites and the town centre. Bar was open most of the day, with pleasant outdoor seating areas. Very good shower.

Water replacement automatically in room. Better choice of teas (I'm not a tea drinker, but on of my friends is). Room was a little too warm. One more coffee machine in the buffet area.

passive aggressive staff on the reception during the day; possibly the worst coffee I have ever had, flavor palette of the mold that grew in the machine in that particular season - both at the reception as the breakfast area. The bed mattress is great, but the bed structure is not really suitable for anyone younger than 80.

This hotel is situated not too far from the town centre, less 10 minutes walk (this is a 58 year-old person writing). The hotel is not far from the River Morsel and place one can go running/walking. Yes, I would use this hotel again. The breakfast area is very big. Parking area is secured.

The breakfast on weekend should be longer instead of the 10:00 close down time. In saying that, I wouldn't let this stop me from going back to this hotel. BREAKFAST is GOOD, I just want to make that very sure.

We define a good hotel by certain metrics like hospitality, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value, location, etc. When it comes to this hotel, it exceeds the charts for all these metrics in an outstanding way. It was the second phase of our honeymoon trip when we visited Trier. The rooms were decorated specifically in tune with the romantic feel where the rose petals laid on the mattress, a bottle of Pearl wine with a wonderful message "Love is in the air". This truly made our trip to Trier worth a while. Even though we were a bit disappointed with the initial look of the city I would have to say the hotel and the main attractions - PortaNigra, Amphitheatre, and Kaiserthermen really put a smile on our face. The hotel is really accessible by public transport and also the various attractions. The staffs are really helpful, especially the guy and the lady at the reception who took a lot of effort to help us out when we were planning our visits in and around Trier. A public holiday in between our visit and lack of coordination at the Trier tourist info center made us extend our trip by a day meaning staying at this hotel for one more day. The staff was very courteous and gave us a discount and offered the extension on the room for the same discounted rate offered by Booking.com.

I would not say it is a dislike but more like a suggestion for the hotel. There are facilities such as a pool table, Fussball table which need to have an extended period of usage rather than to use until 10 pm.
