The hotel is located right at the center of Ermoupolis. They have reserved some parking spots on the street and they are willing to serve upon request subject to availability. Daily cleaning. Large wardrobes.

I asked for a double bed and there were two single beds combined. There was no chair in the room or the balcony. The bathroom switch which turns on the lighting, also turns on the ventilation and is noisy. Some days there was a big fuss from the cleaning ladies from early in the morning.

The hotel is near the shopping district and the port which is nice if you're mostly interested in seeing Ermoupoli. We only had two days, so one was spent shopping and the other on Kini beach which is a 20 minute bus ride away. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating.

Our AC dripped on the floor in the room (bad) and they had us change rooms (good). The new room was facing the main street and VERY noisy but the AC worked great. Breakfast was only so-so (few choices) but they did make us eggs on request.

A very nice building, a veritable part of the architectural tradition of the island, conveniently situated near the port, near the beach and the town's most important monuments, in the very heart of this very beautiful town. Our room was very clean, and although rather small, it was very well designed and rather comfy!

We would have wished for some better maintained appliances, esp. in the bathroom: the toilet seat was broken and did not fit very well, the flush lid was also broken, and the plunger malfunctioned once or twice. However the shower was great, and the entire room was kept spotlessly clean!

The staff was vedy kind,the hotel is near harbour and on the main street ,the room was clean,the breakfast was enough. Very kind and helpful people.There is parking free on the street,in front of the hotel.

This family business is an excellent choice for a stay in Syros. Lovely and welcoming people (they really make you feel you are at home), very clean, excellent location, excellent price quality relationship. Strongly recommended!

No negative points. It is a simple family hotel, but everything is clean and comfortable. Right product at the right price, and, most of all, lovely people.

Location is good, and costumer service as well. Room it’s according to the price. Not fancy not bad either.

It was a bit loud, we had people taking in the hallway for an hour straight really loud like at 1am in the morning

The owners of the hotel they were very kind and helpfull especially Mrs. Eleftheria, she was always with a smile on her face. Great place, 5 min walking from the port, shops and restaurants. Great value for money.

Location is very good, and the room we stayed in was really comfortable, spacious and full of light.

There was a smell in the shower of the bathroom, once you'd start using it. Not really annoying, but it did smell a bit.

I liked the people, the hotel and the location of the hotel. Also the aesthetic things of the place.

Great location - super super convenient, less than 5min walk to the main square, the waterfront and ferry port, and main bus station of Ermoupolis. Loads of restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, but also on a relatively quiet side street so the surrounding area is fairly quiet. The hotel also has a really nice courtyard. Good wifi reception in the room. Friendly staff who are always present in the lobby area. Lobby looks much more impressive than its price point suggests.

The mattress was really quite hard - wasn't particularly comfortable. The shower stall within the bathroom is really tiny, and this is saying something given I'm quite a petite person! I kept banging my elbows on the sliding walls of the shower stall... Breakfast during covid is quite limited - there is some filter coffee and a small selection of packaged breads.
