Very good Hotel, large rooms, good balcony, very clean, daily cleaning, changing of towels and sheets changed several times during our stay. The breakfast is good, both salty and sweet, and fruit. Friendly staff. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

It must be noted that the beach in the immediate vicinity is not suitable for swimming because it is very windy and there are big waves. The nearest good beach is about a 10-minute walk through the city. it was not a problem for us.

Nafsika is placed close to the beach and the bus stop from/to the airport (Blue Sky Hotel) bus no.50. The tourist bus/hop on-hop off uses the same stop. The hotel is very clean and nice, has all the facilities you need: fridge, AC, balcony, the sound of the waves:))) I stayed in a single room, enough space for one person. It's also close to the old/new town, walking distance. Mini-markets, tavernas, cafes, even a very good cafeteria (tasty and cheap cakes) are all around. The people working there are very kind and always smiling, especially Tania - the receptionist is extremely helpful, professional and kind. Thank you, Tania! All in all, I strongly recommend the hotel and the island as well!

Maybe the breakfast could be better, more options, but it was ok for me, though. The elevator is a bit small if you have lots of bags, not my case:))))

The hotel is close to everything, excellent taverns, a wonderful old town, the possibility of excursions - the bus station is also nearby. We liked the breakfast. Eggs, sliced cheese, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, spices for Greek salad, olive oil, butter, jam, sweet and salty pastries. Also yogurt, jam and nutella. We lived on the 5th floor, so we could also see the sea. Great, helpful and smiling staff at the reception and in the kitchen. The receptionist gave us great advice on everything. Excellent cleaning service - daily clean towels when we wanted and a ladies made our beds. Lots of taverns nearby, more affordable than in the old town. Bus No. 50 from the airport runs every minute and stops 50m from the hotel. The bus stop is called Blue sky hotel.

The only unpleasant thing was the curtain in the bathroom which did not prevent the water from flowing onto the floor.

If you want a basic, comfortable clean room in a good location with lovely staff, then I don’t think you could do much better than the Nafsika. I had a single room on the 4th floor and could watch the sunset every night. Wi-Fi was mostly good, there is a fridge you can use and the aircon was nice and cool. Everything in the Hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were lovely. Always there to greet you and answer any questions. I hope to go back next year.

As others have said Breakfast is quite basic, but it’s adequate. I didn’t have any problems, but the shower is as small as the other reviews have said.

Nafsika is a small old-school hotel in the central hotel district of Rhodes. Excellent location. The closest (but not the best) beach is across the street. Old town 10 minutes away, restaurants and shops all around, taxi rank, several local car rental offices. The hotel is very clean, calm, the staff is very kind, the breakfast is good. The room is not huge, but there will be enough space for a couple who spend the night there, but do not live there. Internet and air conditioning worked, towels and bed linen were clean. I give 9 stars out of 10.

However, I am not an advertising agent. Greek hotels built in the 1970s tend to have very narrow bathrooms. Nafsika is no exception. I was uncomfortable with my height. Just as uncomfortable as in Paris or London, where hotel bathrooms tend to be repulsively small.

For a single girl on a modest budget, Nafsika was fantastic. I’d requested beforehand if I could have the sea view single room and not only did I get a beautiful view but my room was a double. I can’t comment on the breakfast or bar as I didn’t make use of them but the hotel is in a great location for eateries, drinks and shops as well as connections for day trips. I booked excursions via Get Your Guide and the buses picked me up from the hotel a few metres away! All the staff on reception were lovely and helpful. Shout out to the cleaners who still came back to make my bed with smiles on their faces when I’d slept in. My friend stayed in an apparently 5 star hotel but with 1 star customer service and I preferred my hotel by far - a friendly face makes all the difference.

Maybe there aren’t many people drinking hot drinks while holidaying but tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice. Being British and a tea addict, I took my own travel kettle 😂 There was a bit of noise from the hotel next door and beach front in the early hours that may have bothered light sleepers but I found it to be ok.

We loved the location. We had a sea view and plenty of very good restaurants and bars near by. Very close to the beach Restaurants very close who had good quality free sunbeds and shade on the beach on the opposite side of the road from the restaurant and the food and drink prices were the same as everywhere else. The family run staff in the hotel were brilliant. Welcoming, friendly, helpful and always a smile. Breakfast was good. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable with a modern very quiet inverter ACU. The daily room refresh made it look good as new. The old town was an easy 10 minute walk away to the walks. Maybe 25 minutes to the far side of the old town beside the ferry port or €8 by taxi.

Nothing we disliked. It was great value for money so there will always be compromises.

Very good location, very clean and really nice room. The bus stop to the airport is very close, easy to reach even with big luggage

The elevator is extremely small, and the breakfast was not good at all (I know, covid, but you should ask if somebody would like to have tea instead of coffee, sweet or salty things, just a small variety would be soooo lovely) The rooms facing to the town are very noisy beacuse of the bar street (I guess) and the traffic.

Key-operated safety deposit boxes are available in the reception area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach where sunloungers and umbrellas are available to rent. There were very popular restaurants and bars nearby (3 minutes walk). Particularly liked Yamas restaurant. Also ate at Kipos restaurant nearby. Veto bar was across the road with very friendly staff and reasonable prices for cocktails, beer.

The breakfast area would not entice you to linger.
