The breakfast options were really delicious and is included with the stay. They also serve hot tea and orange juice. The rooftop was also a really nice space and the view was amazinggg. Margs were less than $5 and you cannot beat that. The front desk was really helpful and patient as we were working with Google translate mostly but they helped a lot with setting up our ride to the airport. All staff was super friendly and responsive. 8/10 would recommend!!

The rooms were a little outdated and I wish it had more natural lighting but the actual bathroom was pretty modern. The towels made me cringe a little because they didn't look the cleanest but it was doable for a 2 night stay. I always bring my own face towels/loofah. One of my friends asked hotel staff to get her bag from the room and bring it down, they failed to do so resulting in her leaving her bag and having to come back as she was headed to the airport. But thank God she didn't miss her flight. Just make sure you check that you have everything before leaving.

When we arrived we asked if we could extend our stay 2 days and the staff made that happen seamlessly. The rooms were exceedingly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop cafe was lovely and you cannot beat the central location and price. The air conditioning in the room was great and the bathroom and shower area exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Antigua.

About the only thing I would have liked was a dimmer light for near the beds so that I could disturb my traveling companion less when she wished to to go sleep and I still wanted to read for a bit.

This is an amazing hotel and I will definitely stay here again. The room was very comfortable, had an air conditioner and nice size bathroom. The rooftop restaurant is simply incredible. The views from there are spectacular whether in the morning for breakfast or evening for dinner, the food was delicious, and service excellent. The hotel is also located right in Antigua so there are many other dining options nearby and it's a great starting point for activities in the area. I arrived after midnight due to the timing of my flight (Guatemala City Airport is about 45 min away from Antigua) and there was someone there to greet me, check me in and show me to my room.

There is very little that I would suggest that needs improvement, but if I had to pick one thing, I'd say the shower hot water could be a little better.

Fantastic location in center of town. Courtyard beautiful. Nice rooftop terrace. Modern bathroom (but still with Antigua plumbing). Wifi worked well. Friendly staff but mostly only Spanish speaking so I used google translate

Room was not what I saw in images. Moved to larger room but still old dingy and sparse with one chair. Noise from courtyard is too loud. Windows to the courtyard. Some are newer with screens some are not. What pissed me off was the maid opened some little side vent which let mosquitos in. Bed was hard.

The included breakfast was phenomenal! The staff was friendly and helpful. I have never had such comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. I would have taken it home if possible! The room was large, clean and up to date! We will definitely be back!

Property overall was very quaint and terrace had great views. Breakfast was awesome and staff were very friendly. Location was perfect as it’s right in the middle of the town

the room we stayed in was very small, and wished there was more space to move around. Also, some rooms had a very musty/mold odor. if you stay in the first floor, you might be exposed to a lot of noise from outside and other guests/lobby.

Size of room and bathroom were adequate, location is hard to beat, breakfast was tasty, staff was super friendly.

Bathroom grout was a bit moldy. Some of the rooms' shower and sink drains (202 where my friend stayed) need cleaned out as the water was draining poorly. First floor rooms can be a bit noisy as many chatty guests hang out downstairs and the windows aren't very soundproof.

We stayed for 5 days/4 nights in the Standard Triple Room (room 207). The room had 3 large beds but was not spacious enough for 3 people. Although the double closets were huge with built-in shelves I would've preferred a dresser. The TV was awkwardly placed on the top of the closet close the ceiling. All stations were in Spanish. There's no safe box in the room. The bathroom appeared renovated and had hot water but there was a problem with the water runoff not going to the drain as designed. There was also no barrier keeping the water within the shower area. It went all over the bathroom floor. At one point I thought it would leak into the living space. There was nothing to block the water to stay in the shower area.  All outlets are behind behind the bed so you have to move the bed to charge your devices. The window is held closed by a single latch. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The AC was kinda noisy but worked fine. Face towels and body towels with toiletries were provided but no washcloth. The hotel is small, clean and fairly quiet. There's no refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave. There's a lovely courtyard where you can eat your takeout meal or work on your computer. The rooftop is also open for breakfast and drinks in the evening. There's beautiful views of the sunset and volcanoes all around. For the price and convenience, I'd definitely stay here again. I was able to walk everywhere and I felt very safe.

We had a wonderful stay here. Really good value for money. The staff were superb and wonderful, the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and the breakfasts were amazing. They even packed a breakfast for us on our last day.

The last night wasn’t great. Our room was near the staircase and we were woken up by some noisy guests and a very loud noise coming from the staircase which sounded like a tumble dryer.

The food/smoothies were amazing! We absolutely loved the rooftop that was a plus. They also set us up with a shuttle service to Panajachel for $20usd per person which was convenient. The location is prime and very close to a lot of restaurants! Overall great stay and felt safe
