The Location is wonderful! I love the live music on the weekends! I had a room with a mini kitchen and I liked that. It includes a refrigerator and hot plate and dishes. No coffee maker though!

The bed was hard as a rock. Old pillows and no way to make coffee in your room. No corn tortillas both times we aye there and the food was "ok" the bread they served instead of tortillas was hard, stale and gross. They really need to improve food and breads.

The location could not have been better. Parking was easy to access and only a few blocks away. $10 a night. Breakfast was great but not included. staff was very kind and helpful. rooms were comfortable.

The ONLY thing I feel the need to point out is that the main area of the hotel is a restaurant that’s open to the public. We walked out of our hotel room and there were literally entire families (non hotel guests) eating and talking early in the morning. These people are right outside of YOUR door. We tried another room our second night in the other part of the hotel which was significantly better as it was more private and isolated (I appreciate that, personally).

The position is amazing, directly at the ocean, when you are in this room you feel like you just want to stay there for ever. You hear and see the ocean and it's a beautiful feeling. The manager of the hotel is a very kind person who let you feel really comfortable from the first moment and is always here to give you help, support or tipps. He even came with me to help me to rent a bicycle. I felt really good in this hotel and I loved to explore the island with the bicycle. Over all punta del sur is amazing, better to go there early in the morning or when there are not too many people. It was an amazing experience for me to be there almost alone, even if the weather was not sunny I had a mind blowing experience!

This place was absolutely fantastic. Is beautiful with lots of history and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant is really nice and the food is amazing. The location is perfect to get around everywhere. Great restaurants and bars close by. The beds were a little hard for my liking, but overall, I would come back again.

Perfect location next to Antigua's famous arch. Secure and safe with easy access for shopping and bars.

Location is excellent. The main attractions are within walking distance of the center of the town. We were offered a 2x1 breakfast deal. Plenty of room in the bathroom to store personal toiletries.

The free parking space is at the entrance of the city, not that close to the hotel. The closest parking space that the hotel offers is at 4 blocks and it is paid. The hotel informed we had to pay Q50.00, but when we arrived to the parking lot they charged us Q60.00 and mentioned that depending on the arrival day, they could charge more. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was that they offered a parking space, and although is not part of the hotel, the hotel and the parking lot should agree on the rate for hotel guests.

right by the famous arch! never lose your hotel from the main square! my room was gorgeous and the bath tub was a big plus. affordable price for what i got.

Laundry was a little expensive although convenient. They give you a 2 for one for breakfast but it’s pretty expensive to begin with. they wouldn’t allow me to pay with apple pay as i had lost my wallet and had to borrow money from a friend.

The staff at the reception was outstanding in particular Ms. Magda and Mr. Angel and of course, Andrea. Location is next the Arch which is the main attraction in Antigua but next or behind the hotel is club or discotheque and it play the music extremely loud until late hours. Room, meet the standards for a short visit, however the bathroom is in serious need of repairs. The garden are and terrace are well maintained. I did not experienced breakfast.

The location was the best, within a short walking distance to central park. The staff was friendly and the room was beautiful.

I would have liked the parking space to be closer and going to the pool required prior reservation. The front desk was friendly but they seemed to be in a hurry and reluctant to provide further details on other services. This might be due to the high season so it wasn't so bad. I recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a magical experience.
