The staff was very accommodating; making reservations for us for further travel and.excursions. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and the facilities were very nice as well. The hotel is located near all sorts of sights and things to do. I would highly recommend

It would be nice if the hotel-sponsored breakfast was closer to the hotel; we just went to the cafe Viejo right there anyway. It's rather difficult to complain, but I'm asked to here. It wasn't the cheapest place but it wasn't too expensive either.

Old colonial building with antique furnishings. Pleasant and helpful staff. Plenty of drinking water. Desk and chair, reading chair. Nice garden. Great location. Coffee available all the time. Good price.

Our particular room was dark, but we booked at the last minute and other rooms had more light. No breakfast, but there were plenty of nearby places to eat.

The hotel has no restaurant but has an association with Restaurante del Arco where you get a discount. It was terrible. We never finished our meal and never went back. There are.lots.of other fantastic restaurants nearby ( Cafe Condessa, Frida's). The hotel.is a bit dated and needs a spruce up but overall I would recommend staying here.

I always enjoy staying at Casa Antigua. Very comfortable, dog friendly and great staff.

I would have liked a jug for water in my room instead of usinga tiny paper cup. Also wish they didn't use styrofoam for the coffee. Paper is better for the environment! But minor issues - a great place.

this was our second time staying here. We love the location and it’s a simple little place.

The sweet hard working staff was up sweeping at 7-8 in the morning. I was woken up both mornings to it. My time zone is 3 hours earlier so it was really obnoxious because it echoes so loudly since it’s pretty quiet inside the little hotel.

The location is excellent and the place is very nice. The room was very good: beds were comfortable. The shower (there is hot water) and bathroom was good too. The thing that I want to highlight here is the treatment I received from one of the receptionists: Mónica. She is the best receptionist I have ever met, she has helped me to organize my trip from the first moment I wrote her.

There is nothing I would highlight as negative.

it's a nice complex with a cute garden. friendly staff. perfect location! the rooms are simple and clean. WiFi worked quite well :).

there was one little window against the staircase in my room wich i had to close because of the noise of other guests ans staff. so my room was quite dark. no warm water in the bathroom.

Poor internet. Mostly it was in the courtyards, not in the rooms. The rooftop deck needed a lot of work.
