Breakfast was not included for Bookings.com clients (I paid £400 a night with no breakfast, so who is ripping me off? Bookings.com or Four Seasons ?). The breakfast was 40 Euros, which is exorbitant and the quality for a 5*hotel breakfast was poor compared to the Conrad, GrandHyatt, Shangri-la and Reid’s. There were no breakfast fruit or chocolate muffins, loaf cakes or fruit flans, no choice of juice-orange only and only pre-cooked rubbery omelette slices-no choice of eggs. However, fortunately I was not charged for the breakfast.

Everything from friendly staff; perfect location to watch the fire works and to go to tye Chain bridge, Buda castle, St. Stephen basilica, and so on; facilities; and comfortability.

It is better if the hotel can provide the gift for kids. We have been to several five-star hotels and of course Four seasons in Geneva, they often give stuffed animals for kids. It is adorable and makes my kid feel like her home at the hotel. Finally, it is better when you can design the toilets in a seperate room or maybe a glass door. It is better and convenient.

The staff who were so kind , friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and this was throughout every department.Beyond anything we have experienced in other top quality hotels making it noticeable and appreciated. The facilities ( spa, restaurants, the room itself ( 5th floor with balcony) The cleanliness and generosity of service and supply of comfort. Appreciated our delicious cakes welcoming us and recognising our visit was for a special event.

One small suggestion. To consider limiting access for children to specific times and reiterate the purpose of the spa as an adult amenity .( tricky, I know, given the universal ambience of hospitality and welcome in this special hotel) Not the fault of the spa staff who carefully create a wonderful , invitational and relaxing ambience but one visit severely disrupted due to the presence of a family of 7 ( including4 children) The kids took over ( eating a meal, , talking and playing loudly) without much adult intervention.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace in Budapest and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's stunning decor, which perfectly captures the beauty and grandeur of Budapest's past while also incorporating modern touches. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated right on the banks of the Danube River, the views are absolutely breathtaking. I found myself spending hours just admiring the scenery from my room's balcony. But what really sets the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace apart is the attention to detail and level of service provided by the staff. Every member of the team was unfailingly hospitable and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The staff's professionalism and training were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that they take great pride in their work. The hotel's approach to guest satisfaction is truly outstanding. From the welcome amenities waiting in my room to the personalized recommendations provided by the concierge, I felt that every aspect of my stay had been thoughtfully considered and tailored to my needs. In short, I cannot recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace highly enough. If you are looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Budapest, look no further than this exquisite hotel.

It is always a pleasure to be at Gresham Palace but in the Christmas season, in addition to the perfect elegance and style, it has a special decor, as if you were living in a dream. The service is wonderful, the staff members are caring and friendly, always ready to offer you the best. Also a special attention for the safety of everyone during covid. The rooms are extraordinarily comfortable and clean, we had a wonderful view of the Danube and Buda on the other side. A fantastic location, close to all the city's attractions. I didn't get to eat at Kollazs, my time being very limited, but I hope to do it on another occasion. I liked the music and the atmosphere at Muzsa. I wholeheartedly recommend it, an unique experience!

The most AMAZING Hotel with the most AMAZING staff! They make you feel welcome since the first second, the hotel, room and facilities are outstanding. The breakfast and restaurant for lunch or dinner is DELICIOUS and great in every way! Also great location in Budapest!

It’s the best location, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are fantastic size. We were staying at Danube River View room, it was lovely to have a seating area with the balcony and amazing view. the team (available and very helpful), the quality of service, the food, the fantastic new years eve dinner, the location of the hotel, the historic facade of the building.

Taxis are hard to find even with the help of the hotel. When I hired a taxi by myself near the castle, I got defrauded by the taxi driver who had not reset his meter and forced me to pay 7 000 instead of 2 000. This has happened several times to my family in Budapest.

We loved just about everything!! First, the location is second to none .......this is THE place to be in Budapest..... in easy walking distance of shopping, churches, Museums, Parliament buildings, the Opera, etc. We had requested a room with a River View and we were assigned a wonderful room looking directly across the Chain Bridge over the Danube and up to Buda. Room was very comfortable - fluffy robes, great shower and deep, soaking bath tub with bath salts. Housekeeping twice/day. Excellent assistance from the concierge on several requests for reservations, airport car service, etc . In fact, everyone on staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and very capable, including the restaurant staff. This is definitely a 5-STAR experience. We loved this hotel and we intend to return soon!!

Evening turndown service was later than normal for us....... one night it was after 9PM and we were already ready for bed after a long day of walking, shopping and sightseeing.

Splendid hotel, so beautiful, perfect and kind staff. Fantastic food and breakfast. Many thanks for the great service and especially a big hug for the most kind and professional restaurant manager. Location was also the best. Budapest is just beautiful and the whole staff of the hotel made us feel at home. We'll be back soon. Happy New Year! xxx
