Unique, stylish layout, with a large, comfortable bed, Great location: an easy walk to shops and reataurants down the street, and the boardwalk/paved path by the waterfront one street over,, but its at the quiet end of the street. At checkin we were told the snacks (coke, soda water, chocolate bars and chips) were free, and we saw a sigh that bike are free/available for use as well. I just wish we had boomed 2 nights instead of one so we could take a bike ride along the path by the shoreline!

No elevator, so we lugged our heavy bags up the stairs to our room on the top/4th floor. It's a good thing we are still healthy enough to do it.

Cute hotel that has a great restaurant. Breakfast wasn’t included even though we believed it was when we reserved our room. It was great food so didn’t mind paying.

Construction going on in the area. NO ELEVATOR! Which sucks when you have a big suitcase to haul up the multiple sets of steps! Wanted to see the hydroponic farm but they said they weren’t allowing people to tour and when we looked in the window it looked bare. Unsure what is going on with that.

we originally booked in one building and then received an email asking if we would like to upgrade, the upgrade put us into a different building, which was not nearly as nice. However, upon speaking with the Staff/Owner, she’s very easily accommodated us and moved us back into our original building, which was very nice. The fam in the room was incredibly helpful and made sleeping much more comfortable. Free bike rental was a nice addition as well!

The room was very comfortable and sympathetically restored with some lovely touches in its decor. We arrived too late to meet the owners but contact details were available. We really appreciated the free mini bar - that was an excellent touch - thank you. Be aware that there is no lift. A superb breakfast was available separately. Free parking was available opposite.

We tried to contact the owners but didn't get a reply on the number given. The breakfast was costly.

The spaciousness pf the apartments Nd the beautiful decoration. The bed was super comfortable too

It is not in 1 building as it os shown in the booking app and i didn’t know it when i booked so there was confusion getting to the temporary lobby. They are building more additions to the buildings but the staff, apartments and location cannot be beat! I would have stayed longer.

Excellent location, fabulous view of the water and surrounding landscape. Glad we had that side because the rooms facing the back looked at a dirt wall. Good food, although pricey like everywhere else.

Curtains did not close enough to block the midnight sun, shower curtain was too short to keep water off the floor, bird excrement hindered the beautiful view.

The apartment was in a great location. Could walk everywhere. everything you need, convection oven And washer/dryer.

Staff would not speak to us, acted like we weren’t standing in front of them. Construction all around/next to all windows, have to keep shades pulled bc workers are right by your window smoking, yelling and start very early in the am

Location is great as is staff. Free parking. Historic feel to the place. Great PIN code check in process. Easy one button (in room) checkout.

No elevator for luggage (dumb waiter type would be great). Very small room and shower. TV impossible to figure out. Very small breakfast area. None of these issues are significant but exist.

Compact and thoughtful provision, eg. with softdrinks and snacks, care to details. Very good location near city centre.

Not the hotel's fault, construction works were undergoing nearby, much dust. Had to bring up luggage to the third floor through stairs.

Room was very clean and perfect for our stay. The location was fantastic just on the edge of town over looking the fjord. Direct easy access into town a two minute walk. The breakfast was delicious.

Shame about all the construction but not the hotels fault. Bathroom could be more modern but perfectly fit for use and clean and comfortable.
