The hotel is 5 minutes away from the city center. There are a couple of parking spaces right in front of the hotel. The rooms don’t seem modern, but they are nice and clean. We booked a rooms with one double bed but initially we received a 2 single beds room. After talking to the girl from reception, she moved us into a bigger room with a double bed. This small problem was solved very nice and fast.

Good location. Free parking near the front door. Good breakfast. Within walking distance to mid town pedestrian street.

Good place in the center of the city. All shops and restaurants - 5 minutes by walking. Rooms were clean, and it was very warm what is important in December. Breakfast is included but it is very basic.

Our room was cleaned even we left "don't disturb" -> and some food (taken from home) disappeared, probably was thrown out - our child was upset about it.

I loved it! I was absolutely happy when I could stay there with my 2 dogs, Stuff was super nice, helpful and understanding, room very clean and with all you need (: hotel is located in a heart of Akureyri but still quiet, we slept all night with open windows and no sound from outside disturbed us. We will come back with pleasure.

Central location, comfy bed, clean room, reception and breakfast room staff were very kind and helpful.

Booked this very late on the evening of my stay and suppose I got the room which is usually empty and only assigned to guests when no other option is available…one of the windows glasses was shattered and held together by tape and the panelling on the bathroom ceiling was in quite a bad shape too. Though I was grateful I found a place to crash, given the price I don’t think the hotel should keep this room open for bookings before a thorough renovation

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was perfect all around from size to water pressure. The distance to the town center, restaurants, bars and the swimming pool is very short so you can walk almost anywhere you need to go.

You could hear people in the next rooms talking, and their alarm clock ringing early in the morning. Electrical outlet is too far from the bed, you can't lie comfortably in your bed with your phone while charging it, I recommend bringing an extension cord.

The location was good, right in the center of town. Parking across from the hotel was a bonus. The breakfast was basic but good and the staff worked to keep the tables clean. The room was small but serviceable.

The shower has a lot of hot water pressure. Too much. When you turn on the shower, the pressure rotates the head spraying water into the room.

Realy kind staff and the room was very nice. The breakfast was realy good! -all kinds of products neatly placed and good coffie.

Good location in centre of town, clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Room was rather small, but otherwise comfortable. No complaints.

The staff was amazing - they helped me adjust my stay as I wasn't able to make my previous date. They really did go out of their way to accommodate me. The hotel breakfast was delicious and the room was cozy and perfect for a great night's sleep.
