Clean, big, central location

Great location in the center of Reykjavik. This is a large apartment with ample living space, a full-sized kitchen, and a panoramic view of the city. Everything is close by, including a full supermarket and pretty much anything in the city center. It accommodated us and our three older children (teenagers) nicely.

On the weekend it's a pretty lively area, and there's street noise and a constant beat from a dance club lasting most of the night. I would have also appreciated a few more cooking utensils, since the spacious kitchen is a main draw of the apartment.

Easy access to the commercial areas of Reykjavik on foot. Apartment was very clean. Easily large enough for three people. No issues finding street parking was nearby

Apartment was a in a different building than the hotel, just across the street. Everything was a little dated. No lift to get up to the room. Could use some refurbishment. Room layout was a little odd. Worked, but a little funky.

The 2-bedroom apartment had a huge living / kitchen area. The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment seemed clean and well-maintained. The location is directly in the heart of Reykjavik.

Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, which was only accessible up narrow stairs. It was OK but be prepared for that if you have lots of luggage or heavy suitcases. The building is on a busy street with nearby bar patron activity well past midnight (we visited in mid-summer) -- because we had to keep some windows open for cooling, the raised voices on the street at 1AM were loud enough to annoy some of us.

warm spacious and in centre of city the beds were perfect , pillows duvet first class slept really well, made nice lamb dinner in descent kitchen, view fantastic , watched New Year’s Eve fireworks from large windows. watched Netflix on large tv when arrived exhausted from day trip out, parked right outside or within 100 m no problem

no lift , we were ok with suitcases but if you struggle it’s three flights up. we were happy due to view

The location of the apartment/hotel is excellent, near the famous church. It has a nice and popular café/bar at the ground floor near the entrance (but no noise or anything like that). The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We (3 friends) stayed only for one night and it had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds.

The bathroom can be better vented, specially because Iceland water always smells like sulfur :)

Apartment is perfectly located to be able to walk to most places of interest in Reykjavik. Shops & restaurants nearby and pick up point for tours at bus stop 8 is only a couple of minutes away. Close to the church whose spire can be seen from all over. Comfortable and warm inside, lots of windows so light and airy. Would highly recommend.

Could have done with mirrors in the bedrooms

Location was brilliant, directly on rainbow street, very central and had lots of space. Kitchen and bathroom great, living space nice. Toiletries provided, cleaned often and friendly staff at reception. Appreciated washing equipment and service

Very noisy on Friday night, during weekdays there was no problem. Could do with more cutlery, mugs, glasses as only enough for one meal - so had to wash several times a day. Temperature very hot.

I liked my stay there very much and that I was able to have a great time even tho things got a little out of hand. This was my 20th birthday and couldn’t have wished for it to be better I want to personally thank you and also say I’m very sorry for all the trouble I’ve caused, thank you very much and sorry for the trouble!

I never saw any cleaning supplies in the apartment, that would’ve been great to have those. I also was not happy with one of the staff members, he was very rude to me from the beginning. I’ve always worked in the service industry. Many restaurants and bars and I can promise that I have never and would never act like your staff member did towards a costumer! I really went outside and wanted to try and book a room at another place. But then this sweet young lady took over and she was just lovely!

The apartments were absolutely perfect for a group stay. There were 6 of us, split into two apartments (4&2). Both were of large size for the group with everything you needed. It was great to be able to have breakfast and prep lunch in the room (and have drinks before going out!) rather than rely on buying out in costly town! Beds are super comfy and, perhaps most importantly, it was incredibly warm. For the price, couldn’t recommend it higher as a hub to explore Reykjavik and Iceland.

Our apartment was at the top of 3 flights of stairs which proved slightly tricky with the cases, but the pay off was the view from the balcony so it was worth it
