Apartment 1105 is a studio on the ground floor inside an internal courtyard which can be reached from a secondary entrance to the Rey apartments (It is not in the main building in the photos). It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. Everything is very well furnished and very clean. The wifi works very well. Very friendly staff at the reception of the hotel connected to the apartments where you check-in.

The apartment is not in the main building. The windows overlook the internal courtyard. There are people who come in because there are waste containers from the buildings. This is the only flaw I found.

The apartment is very clean and cosy. The WiFi works great. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, or any website on the TV in the room. All facilities that we expected to have can be found in the apartment. The cleaning service was done every other day. Although the total area of the room is not very spacious, it is actually good enough for a holiday stay.

The pillow is too soft. Even using two together doesn't help. The bathroom is a bit too narrow. The door will resonance when the entrace door in the ground floor slammed. This is actually very annoying in the evening.

Very centrally located. Spacious room and very clean. Staff very polite.

Check-in and check-out are at a different location which was ok for us as we has a rental car but can imagine how its not the most convenient for everyone. Room was quite dark. There was a narrow bar area for eating which wasnt very comfortble. There were coffee sachets available but no tea/salt or any of these small condiments that we found in all of the other accommodations in Iceland. There are 2 free spots for parking and they are on a first come first serve basis but with the many apartments they have at that location it seemed impossible to catch one.

We stayed in the studio apt at Rey Apts. Location was great, right in the middle of shopping/dining area but far enough to not hear the noise. The room had everything we needed for our last night in Iceland. Kitchenette and dining table made room feel more like an apt. Clean and modern, with interesting layout that made room feel bigger. Plenty of room for 3 people.

The windows share balconies from other apts and are very close so had to keep blinds pulled down for privacy. Room was very dimly lit, would prefer more light since could not open shades. Booked room for 3 people but only had 2 towels. Had to go to Odinsve reception desk down the street to get another towel after requesting one be brought over. Not a huge inconvenience but it was late and we were tired from having driven from Akureyri same day.

Perfect location near downtown Reykjavik. The apartment was perfect for my two friends and I with lots of space. The facilities were spotless. The shower was fabulous and the kitchen area had a microwave, cooker, fridge and all the utensils and crockery to cook in the apartment. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Iceland and I would return here in a heart beat. A great spot to explore the city and the surrounding area.

I really can't fault the apartments or the location. The only thing I could possibly say is that it's quite lively on a Friday and Saturday night so can be quite noisy if you wanted to avoid that on your trip.

Apartment was clean and well equipped with simply cooking facilities (hob and microwave) and had a good sized fridge which meant we could prepare meals easily. Location very central, which made it easy to get around. Very close to the bars and restaurants if you like going out. Housekeeping came in every other day and ensured you never ran out of toilet rolls, washing liquid, shampoo etc. The one large living area with the sofa bed and double bed suited us a family, as it was just like staying at a hotel. Would choose to come here again.

It can be a little noisy weekend nights when everyone is leaving the bars late. But that's the choice you make by being so close to them.

The apartment was very clean and a great space to spend time in after a busy day out sightseeing. The location is excellent, only a few mins walk to downtown and the main attractions. There are plenty of small supermarkets nearby for food and the cutlery, plates etc provided were a good size and spotlessly clean. The guy who met us on the check in desk was very helpful and walked us around to the apartment as it was 1am when we got there. Staff were also helpful with advice for booking our return to the airport. The shower was also excellent.

We needed to check out at 3am in the morning and it took a while to get someone to let us into reception to do so.

Location was very central in down town. Tons of food/shops ect right outside our door. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Check out at 12pm was really nice

Not a lot of windows, so felt kind of dark. Our bedroom door didn’t shut. We were on the bottom floor and had a door leading to the outside of the building in our room. People were unlocking that door with the front door key (thinking it was a way out of the building) and coming into our room. It happened twice while we were in our room. If you have a door in your room that leads to the outside, double check with staff that it cannot be unlocked.

These apartments are in a prime location which is why we booked them. The church and the Main Street are only a 2/5 minute walk away. The apartment itself was spacious we mainly used the kitchen space as it was so large. Bedrooms are a little compact but they were spotless and so cozy and comfy. We visited an Irish bar and a nightclub down the street from here so it was an easy and close location to find after a night out.

The only fault we had with our stay was the parking. We arrived to pick up our keys before 4 o'clock but as parking is free after 4pm we ended up driving around for 20 minutes to find an available parking space which was no where near the apartment so bringing our suitcases was a bit of a hassle in the snow/rain. The apartments are spread across different levels. Unfortunately we got the apartment on the highest floor which was tiring bring our cases up and down and for my parents to do the steps. I would recommend people staying to ask for an apartment on ground or 1st floor.

Indeed its a very good location, near everything around the corner, shops, restaurants, very close to city center. It was warm in room, very good soft bed, a lot of necessary cutlery, nice bathroom overall. Warm receptionist attitude at hotel Odinsve, helpful and friendly.

On the first 2 days the cleaning service was super, but from 3rd day - awful, even not garbage picking from the room, no cleaning floor, or changing towels, I asked to clean twice, no response. For 6 days - it should be at place. Also no coffee or tea provided.
