Location was great. All major pick up points for our day trips were 10 min walking distance away. Reykjavik city center was 2 minute walk away. However despite this, it was a quite location with no crowd or vehicle noise around. Room had a balcony which was quite good. Kitchen was good enough to cook some breakfast of scrambled eggs etc. Lift was working.

They didn't allow early checkin . Also they didn't provide door key earlier for me to drop my bags at the luggage room. I had take the caretakers phone number from a guest waiting in lobby of Swan house to get the luggage room key and door key. It was confusing and not really great.

Apartment is located centrally, with 2 supermarkets nearby. Apartment is comfortable, well equipped, bed is comfy. Also, it had a balcony! Not that I used it in such a weather, yet it is nice to have.

Before checkout, you are asked to clean the apartment, do the dishes and take the trash out. As checkout is at 10am, it has taken me almost whole morning (I woke up at 8am, and spent cleaning 1 hour). Since guests are asked to clean, host could have let to stay until 11am. It would be great to have microwave.

This the perfect place to stay in Reykjavík..property is very closed to bus stop #11 abd and bus stop #9..just hardly 5 mins walking distance..where you get all the tour buses and airports buses..makes it perfect location..there is a small cafe Plantan Kaffihús next to property for awesome coffee and breakfast..Main Street high market is just 5-6 mins walking distance from the property and Hallgrimskirkja church is just 5 mins walk..studio apartment is very secure with a spanish coffee maker and all the kitchen amenities so that you can cook food at home..in simple words highly recommended.

We already mentioned couple at the time of booking..still they put 2 single bed and make it the double bed..which is quite uncomfortable for couple.

Staff were very responsive over booking.com messaging and responded promptly. The beds were comfy and I was able to stack up my 2 pillows as I travelled solo however if you were a couple you'd only get 1 flat pillow each. Easy check in instructions. Very clean. Had everything you need in the kitchen other than a microwave/oven. Had tea, coffee, sugar. Has a hairdryer and even provided shampoo and conditioner.

No shelves/drawers or anywhere to store your clothes I was asked to take my own rubbish out however could not for the life of me find the trash cans they mentioned. However I told them this and they told me to no longer bother as they would sort this. If you are a light sleeper, avoid the basement flat number 2 at all costs. The whole buildings water system seems to go through that room and so whenever anybody used any water it created a loud whistling type of noise in the bathroom. This did disturb my sleep as I'm a light sleeper. Could really do with a squeegy in the bathroom as the water pools up and doesn't drain, leaving a damp smell. The window in the bathroom is too high up to reach to be able to open and let some air in.

Studio was in very good localisation in Reykjavik center. Good access, very easy check in without even seeing anyone. Received all codes and entered to the apartment directly after arrival.

We were not aware that there was some ongoing construction, renovation works in surrounding. But it did not affect our stay. Building itself was OK. There was not proper size of bed sheet for the sofa. Sent message to the Saga apartments but did not receive any reply. But overall it was good choice to book the apartment with Saga studios.

The flat was perfect for our needs. Location is very close to down town Reykjavik, you can walk into town in 5 minutes, 1 minute from cathedral, 13 mins from bsi bus station on straight road. ( Or you can pick up the easy to use scooters and halve the walking time!) Also had public thermal baths opposite the apartment block. The apartment was clean, spacious, functional kitchen area with sufficient cutlery/ plates/ pans/ cleaning products etc. Bathroom was big, good shower and hand wash and some shampoo available. Apartment was also very warm, underfloor heating and hot water on tap. Comfy single beds pushed together. Little balcony. We were on the first floor so not amazing views but as the rest of Reykjavik has amazing views it's not really an issue. Not noisy at night, area seems mainly residential/ school close by. Place to leave our bags when we arrived early and when we departed. ( Not a locked facility but safe enough for clothes etc). I would definitely use again if we visited Reykjavik. Communication with hosts was quick and efficient.

It was all super.

I'd read some slightly iffy reviews on Google so was a bit worried about what we had booked, but both apartments we had were really great. Plenty of space and nice and clean. The famous church is a few minutes away (and visible from one of the apartments we had!), and a fantastic bakery is just down the road, along with a handy little supermarket. It was easy to walk into Reykjavik from here. We nearly booked somewhere further out of town and I'm so pleased we didn't.

Street parking costs during the day, but we were out most days so that was fine... but sometimes it was hard to find a space near the apartments

I was most impressed with the cleanliness as well as the exceptional communication. it was very easy to access the apartment, and the lift was an added perk. Note: I was unable to access the Wi-Fi using the information from the welcome email. However, I found an information page on the wall with a different network and password. It worked perfectly. There are several grocery stores nearby and the location is perfect for daily sightseeing. Note: I walked from the BSI Bus Station to the apartment. There is a hill, but even this fat boy could do it.

I not sure why there is no microwave in the unit. it would have been helpful.

This is a strategically ideal place to stay in Reykjavik. It is right in the centre of the city, near the Cathedral, within walking distance of any place that you are going to visit. Yet, it is quiet and the area around it calm. The main advantage of this is that you do not need to plan for the whole day as you can return to your place to rest and have some tea at any moment. It is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a terrace with a view to the Cathedral, which you can enjoy if you are lucky with the weather.

This is a general inconvenience with the typical shower in Iceland - it is not designed to keep the water in. You will have a wet floor every time you use the shower. The sink in the bathroom is rather small and there are not enough surfaces to put your necessities on.

Location was excellent. It is comfortable and a cute little studio apartment. Key codes to open doors was easy to follow. Lifts were available instead of stairs if you have heavy bags. Questions were answered quickly using chat function. We would pick this again!

Constructions were a bit noisy from early morning but we understand that it can't be controlled. Can't watch tv on the bed as its on the wall next to the bed and it would have been nice if it was a smart TV but these are all really minor things.
