It is a long walk from the harbor with luggage, and the horse situation is horrid. The hotel needs to work with the horse owners (since this is your only way with luggage and yourself to get to the hotel). weight limits in carts! water for the horses! be humane. There has to be another way to get luggage to the hotel and large people to Pinkcoco. Maybe people pulling carts on bicycles? Be progressive.

I can not describe just how good the service and the hotel was. The people were insanely friendly and always ready to help, there wasn’t a second of doubt they would compensate for anything. The food was good, the atmosphere was magnificent, it felt like a little heaven. I can’t praise this place enough for couples who want to have a getaway. The room was always clean and comfortable, the TV had Netflix, the bath in the room was super comfortable, the massage was very relaxing, everything in this hotel down to the place and the people was amazing, me and my husband couldn’t have chosen a better Honeymoon spot!

A little issue happened with water in the shower on one of the days, however it was very quickly fixed and the hotel personnel gave us a free massage + a free private bath with flowers, champagne and chocolate covered fruits as compensation! It was great and only a little issue which is completely expected to have on a remote island.

Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel so welcome. The pool area was stunning and perfect for relaxation, while the rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sunset views—absolutely magical and a must-see! The food was delicious, offering a variety of high-quality options that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the small surprises from the hotel staff throughout our stay added a personal and thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. This place exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Hard to believe this property only has 3 stars - definitely worth 4. I would say it’s on the nicer side of the island, less busy and quieter. Staff are lovely - offering free snacks throughout the day. Would highly recommend. Food in the restaurant was good too. They have sustainability effort with no single used plastics and an altered menu which is appreciated.

Just a personal opinion - recommending and booking the horse carts with ponies that are so overworked and tired does not seem to align with their values. It is around a 20 minute walk in occasional sand so I can understand why some guests choose to book the carts but we did not feel it was right to exploit them in this way.

From start to finish the hotel and the staff exceeded my expectations over and over again. We had an issue with our stay which was immediately given full attention by the receptionist and after the Semi-Manager Lorena. Everything was taken care of and amendments were made in order to make up for the issue we encountered. We checked-in early, room was clean. The pool is nice with sunbeds at our disposal including beach towels. The rooms, the pool, the restaurant, everything is close to the beach with an amazing sunset view. The restaurant food is very, very good. We ate there 3 times, 6 different meals. All were awesome. We got to connect with the chef Riccardo which was super cool as well. The staff had always a positive vibe. If you spend the daytime at the pool area you will keep being surprised by various snacks and refreshments. We ended up staying 2 more nights at PinkCoco, not staying more nights because we were time constrained. Very good stay, thanks to everyone involved, you guys are awesome.

PinkCoco Gili Air Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel’s design is stylish and charming, creating a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area and the tropical garden were serene and inviting, perfect for unwinding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. I highly recommend PinkCoco for anyone looking for a perfect getaway on Gili Air – it exceeded all our expectations!

The service really adds a lot to the place. We had a broken shower in the room? After reporting it replaced the same day. Unfortuitously a moment later the air conditioning in the room broke down - we were moved to another room. Everyone was friendly, polite and did their best for the guests. The charm is added by an over-sympathetic manager, who brings refreshments from time to time for guests relaxing by the pool !

The hotel has 3 stars and this, unfortunately, feels a little. The infrastructure is no longer of the first freshness, but this does not prevent you from enjoying your stay here. The weakest part of the stay here was, unfortunately, the food in the restaurant belonging to the hotel. And it's a shame, because not much farther away, in neighboring establishments I had the feeling of much better quality of the semi-finished products used, etc. However, this is not the most important element - the island is tiny, so other local restaurants can be reached by foot in 10 minutes :)

Our room G2 was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom had two basins and an open plan shower, both were ideal with plenty space. The air conditioning gave us complete control of the temperature in the bedroom/lounge which made it a comfortable stay. The communal pool is exceptional and the water was tepid so made it comfortable to enter. The service was outstanding by all staff and a mention to Jan who we had a bit more contact with as he provided us with complimentary treats in the pool area. All the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was again exceptional with great choice. The little surprises in our room every day, which I won’t give away were the little extras this hotel provide separates them from the rest.

It's a magical pink world for all the barbies and ken out there. Their sunset spot is the best on the island. The small attention to details and surprises are the real differentiator about their service. We stayed here in the Grande room 27 for 4 nights and loved everything about it. Pink Coco- you were highlight of our 2 week Bali trip. We are definitely coming back again.

They have closed style bathrooms without active circulation of air because of which it can get a little stuffy. It also might be that we got used to the open style bathrooms in Bali 🙂.

We stayed in this hotel following the good experience my wifa had in their hotel at Uluwatu. However our stay here at Gili Air exceeded our expectations. The location is grat, with a very nice pool facing the sea. Facilities are very nice and the best thing were their staff. Very friendly, attentive and always taking care of you. The vibe there is cool and chill , making you feel very relaxed. Every day there are promos for lunch or dinner so invites you to stay at the hotel. They are also arranging any excursion/activity you would like to do. We definitely be back if we visit Gili air and will try other hotels from the group. . Loolking around the island, I could say that this is the best hotel. Special mention to Rosie and Jan, always taking care of us.
