The best value for money on Gili Air, perfect location and speed boat drop off in front of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

A great hotel. Staff was super helpful especially Pras who works in the restaurant. My room was excellent..very clean. The location of this hotel is very good..less than 5 mins from the wharf and central Gili Air restaurants and shopping. It was a blessing to not hear cars or motorbikes..this Makes Gili Air and this hotel the place to really chill and relax.

Only one thing to mention..maybe some more umbrellas around the pool.

The staff were totally laid back and lovely. One was on reception and was adorable. He seemed to be checking people in and out, carrying luggage and doing all sorts of jobs. He was super friendly and our group thought he was great

A little tired and could do with a bit of a makeover. Bins around the place could be emptied more regularly and corridors kept cleaner. Beds were clean and comfortable but bathrooms could have done with a good scrubbing. Hotel bar was expensive, especially for wine and the measures were tiny.

In terms of location and value for money this resort has it all. Very family friendly with 2 pools, great breakfast buffet catered to little fussy eaters with a mix of western and Indonesian, waffles, coco pops and cakes etc Movie night is on each night which was great. Location is right near the port, within sight and walking distance, which is great for reaching sunsets and best snorkeling spots and the Main Street for atm etc, very accessible and easy for all ages, young and old. We have rebooked as a family for next year, for the above reasons we are bringing our parents and have young children, so it is perfect! After 3 weeks on the island and 4 different stays/ hotels. This was by far the most well suited. Very clean, Comfortable beds Laundry service available Pool towels provided Great massages We looking forward to returning again next year!

General: close to the harbour, walk distance to shops and cafées, waterfront, nice outdoor cinema (free for guests), Room: nice big safety box, beds were really nice, toilet and shower was good, they supplied boiler and tea/coffee.

General: the pool was too warm at least 30-something degrees celcius. Room: the door did not fully close. The wifi, was there but didn't really work.

- All staff are helpful and friendly. I only remember one name and he is Tegar the front desk. But overall all the staff was super nice and friendly also helpful. - We booked for 4 nights and got room upgraded with decent bathroom and nice terrace overlooking to garden and pool. And we extended one more night before catch boat to Lombok. - Location is in the middle I guess as it’s just 3 mins walking from port and close by to the sunset beach area. - They provide free bike then you can use for cycling while the island. - Every night they have movie night front of the beach ( part of their reastaurant by the beach ) - we have tried the buy 2 pizza get 1 which 3 pizzas for 150k what a good deal. - And there is one cat which he is mixed cat always hanging around in front of our room. His name is Moza very cute.

Overall is great and maybe the bed in the bedroom need a bit maintenance as it’s a bit squeaking when we do many movements ( our experience from the room we have stayed )

The hotel is very near to the harbor, like 5 minute walk. This accommodation has a big pool and the garden looks lovely. Rooms were clean and spacious. You can rent bicycles from the hotel. Every night you can watch movies on the beach (Open Air Cinema).

Perfect location, just a minutes walk to the port so no stress with luggage and needing a horse and cart. Two pools and onsite service from drinks and food which was tasty. Staff extremely helpful and attentive to anything I needed.

Shower had a build up of limescale and unable to take the shower head off to attach my filter and the water squirted in all angles drenching my bathroom floor every time.

Really easy to get to from the Harbour (but if you have a suitcase good luck getting it through the sand). The pool was lovely and hotel was really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I left some clothes in the room and realised the next day when on a different island and the hotel organised someone to meet me at the Harbour at a stop on my journey back to the mainland! Really great service and so helpful. Thank you!

Part of the bathroom is outdoors so can get really hot

The location is great, just next to the harbour. The rooms are big and very clean and they clean them for you everyday. The stuff is so friendly and polite. Verdian and Tegar are the kindest people and so helpful. Bobi does his best to serve you and make you laugh. They all took good care of me. The hotel offers bicycles for free. There were also movie nights when I was there. The gardens and the pool are beautiful. I will go back there for sure.
