Great quiet location near a small town, close to a main highway but noise not a problem as the house is set back. Good breakfast and cooked fresh. Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and advised of places to visit. Rooms were very clean and clean towels provided every day. Plenty of areas in the home to sit and read and relax if you want and a cuppa always available. Highly recommend this property, away from a noisy city. Fabulous hosts. You can easily spend a whole day out exploring the surrounding areas- we left early in the morning and returned in the evenings after exploring areas like ring of Kerry, Dingle peninsula, daylight saving means you can be out until very late. Loved it.
Nothing.

We loved everything about the property, from the moment we walked through the front door you could tell that the people who lived there had great pride in their home. Connie was an excellent host and was very helpful. Everything was spotless And the beds and the pillows were the best that we had slept in during our stays at B&B’s and there have been a few. The breakfast was delicious. They have thought of everything. It was truly a home away from home experience. The town of Castleisland is really lovely too. I highly recommend this B&B.
Couldn’t fault one single thing to be honest.

well appointed rooms. We were able to get a family room and a separate couples' room as we were 5 in our party. The breakfast was quite good with choices that should please most travelers. We really appreciated that the house was quiet and hence easy to get a good night sleep!
The couples' room had a very soft bed; I have had back surgery and do best with firm beds. Fortunately, the beds in the family room were much firmer. So, the next night, we switched rooms between family members which allowed me to get some sleep

Everything. I can not express how every facet was amazing. Rooms were very large and immaculate. Connie is super friendly and light hearted. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There is plenty of parking. It's only 1 km out of town with no turns, and the breakfast is cooked to order with REAL brewed coffee. No machines or chaffing dishes. Treat yourself to the best as the price is seriously reasonable. ALL GOLD STARS! There is even a sitting area on the 2nd floor with coffee, tea and beautiful views
Those words don't apply. Seeing is believing.

Host welcoming and efficient. Peaceful location. Easy to park. Just off main road. Rooms large. Property very well maintained. Breakfast lovely including cooked items especially pancakes. Good based for exploring area eg Ring of Kerry, Killarney.
Would be nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in bedroom ( as well as access to those provided in shared area) for those who prefer more privacy. Could consider the provision of usb ports to allow easy charging of phones, tablets etc.

The breakfast was outstanding, with multiple options. We started with French press coffee. Our host heated the milk for me because I like my coffee hot. And the host was willing to be flexible with our food choices.
I have no complaints about this B&B. The hosts were warm and accommodating. The house was spotless. We had the room with the king size bed, with a view of grazing horses!

Cloghan Lodge is a true embodiment of elegance and beauty, showcasing a delightful garden that complements its charming character. The spacious rooms are adorned with comfortable beds and plush pillows, ensuring a restful stay. Guests can enjoy the convenience of coffee and tea-making facilities in the guest lounge, available around the clock for their enjoyment. The breakfast was a standout feature for us, not only for its wholesome and healthy offerings but also for its halal options, catering to diverse dietary preferences. However, what elevated our stay to something truly special was the presence of Cunnie, our exceptional host. His warmth and thoughtfulness went above and beyond, leaving us with the feeling of being cherished guests rather than mere visitors. Cunnie's hospitality added a personalized and memorable dimension to our stay. Wan Sofia & family Malaysia

Nice lodge close to Kerry airport. Very clean. Nice field view from my room. Comfy common area. For breakfast, the avocado toast is impressive. Very friendly host, who would go extra mile to accommodate their guests.
WiFi is a bit too weak to do video calls. Depending on how other guests behave, but as this is a lodge, you can easily hear everything if someone chooses to walk or talk outside their room at 3am.

The property has B&B rooms that are good hotel standard, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast menu is very comprehensive and the food is delicious. The host and his family are welcoming, genuine people, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The property is set in a beautiful garden, and perfectly located for touring Kerry and surrounding counties.
It is faultless.

Excellent boutique B&B. Good location. Nothing was any trouble for them even picking me up a takeaway meal when I arrived. Breakfast was exceptional and they had remembered I drank earl grey tea the year before so had a box in my room waiting for me. Im looking forward to next year.
