Everything , spotless clean , great shower

Directions to accomodation very confusing why dont directions say its on HARRY ST., because i had read booking . com reviews and reviews mentioned confusing directions i was aware of this difficulty otherwise i would be checking for NON EXISTANT entrance on Grafton St.

Staff really friendly and efficient - we arrived early and stored our bag until check in time - Vinay called and left a message to say our room was ready before 3pm. When we arrived back he was very friendly and got us sorted with a key as the app would not work. The studio loft apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. There were even some welcome amenities such as Tayto and soft drinks which was such a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful, and the Air Con was top of the range which was perfect for September's mini heatwave. The apartment block itself was the perfect location, right in the city centre. For what we paid as a last minute booking, we got a fantastic deal. Would definitely stay here again. On departure, we left our bag in one of the secure luggage lockers by reception which was a huge help. All in all a great experience.

If I really had to be picky, some hair conditioner would be a great touch in the bathroom, and a slightly later check out time than 10.30am

The location was awesome, the apartments are small but perfect for what we needed. There’s a lock system on the main entrance, plus an attendant for most of the day (who was amazing), a lift, and great and friendly cleaning staff. Steps away from all you could need or want to see, but around a corner so late night noise wasn’t an issue. There’s an amazing pub right across the street that was great for lunch! The kitchenette was equipped with all we could need (fridge, kettle, utensils, knives, cups, plates, dish soap/sponge, cutting board); the only thing missing was paper towel. The washrooms were clean, soap was provided, as well as towels and a hair dryer. The hosts were amazing, very responsive and helpful with every question and query.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, it was two mattresses pushed together so we felt the gap. The pillows were also awful, very hard, but that’s just us!

Facility was great. Warm and cosy. Lady at reception was very nice and happy. Bathrooms were nice and modern. Kitchen was great and was able to cook a Xmas dinner. Restaurants and bars everywhere.

Location was great but really noisy due to pub straight across the road and underneath. Flower stalls made so much noise on Xmas Eve morning setting up. Understand it being Xmas Eve, but was so loud! TV had great video instructions,but where was instructions for washing machine? Grocery shops hard to find and would be helpful to know where was the closest.

Everything you need and great location. Very well stocked kitchenette. The kettle didn’t work when we arrived and was instantly replaced when we reported. Secure lockers to leave luggage on check out day. The windows offer good sound proofing as street noise on both Tues and Weds nights.

The access was a little uncertain on arrival. We arrived in the manned entrance desk hours but the receptionist was elsewhere in the building. He arrived promptly after we rang the head office number (which is not at all near) and they called him. The checkout time of 10.30 is a little harsh when on holiday - 11 or better still 11.30 would be kinder.

Location was perfect the standard of furnishings was 5 star across the way from a nice bar that served delightful food. Lively at night but good double glazing and no bother outside open the window throughout the day to free live music in the area 👍👏☝️

extortionate price hiked up for a Crome park event. booked two beds apartment for three. Not suitable for three as was an open bedroom/bedsit type set up. there was one foot between the double and futon. Check in time was delayed and delayed and delayed beyond the first agreed time .. didn’t get in to late in the day

location and cooking facilities

With no shower door, bathroom floor was extremely wet after a shower. Limited supplies in unit; no Kleenex or paper towels. No hooks or shelves to place anything. “Superior” unit was tiny - not like photos at all. Cleaners didn’t empty bathroom trash and didn’t replace t-towel. No manuals or instructions on how to use appliances despite a section in book for such items. Handle on pot was broken. No plug for hairdryer in bathroom. Too many misses for the price.

Friendly greeting at reception, the location was central and convenient, room was super clean, coffee pods provided the first day, bed was comfy, temp easy to control. The extra window closed to provide a quiet night on a street overlooking pubs.

The shower dripped onto the bathroom floor a bit, and the shower floor itself was a bit slippery. The towel warmer was super slow and worked only after about an hour of being on. An additional few coffee pods would have been great!

This property is located in the middle of the city center and accessible to the key sites in Dublin.

It is located in one of the busiest shopping/dinning districts. The bar across from the property had music going until around midnight. Yes, it was very noisy! The property was very difficult to find! It took us going around the area for good 30 minutes before we finally figured out what it meant by “reception” — which door is “locked” even during the business hours. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful.

First of all, the Grafton Street building location is fantastic. It is right in the heart of city centre but surprisingly sheltered from the typical noises of Dublin's street. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well-equipped with amenities and efficient solutions in general (e.g. electrical sockets well placed and in adequate number, iron and ironing board, hairdrier, fridge with bottle of water, kettle, tea/coffee sachets ecc.). I would like to mention the guy at the reception, he was always kind and available for any need (e.g. calling cabs, giving tips about the city ecc.).
