Everything was amazing, rooms were fab & so clean, staff were amazing.. and breakfast was so nice

We really loved our stay, the owners of the B&B were always friendly and helpful (beforehand in communication and during our stay). Kinvara itself is a beautiful little town and you don't even have to travel too far (in case you don't want to) to see a lot of things. A supermarket is right down the street and you have more than enough opportunities to go out and get something to eat. We had our breakfast included and there were (if I remember correctly) 5 options ... from a fruit bowl to a full Irish breakfast. For us more than enough and it was always delicious. Two things (I don't want to put it in the "didn't like" section, bc it's not really a dislike, but more of a "Would be nice to have it, but I don't mind not having it" kind of thing) ... a little more shelf space in the bathroom for putting things and maybe a sign for the door that states that you don't need your room to be cleaned today would have been nice. But anyway, overall we were very statisfied with everything.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable. There was a kettle and tea/coffee. Shower gel and soap and towels and linens provided. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Limited parking but shouldn't be a problem. Good for a short stay. Lovely pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket a minute walk away. Have stayed here before, 2 years ago and enjoyed it both times. If we're back in the area we will certainly stay again.

Small thing but would have been nice to have a biscuit provided in the room to have with the tea/coffee.

The family that run the b&b were very friendly. I loved all the family photos everywhere, they made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was great both mornings. Americano coffee is so much better here than in the U.S. and we are from Pennsylvania! I thought being right in a town might be noisy but it was not. We slept very well in a very comfortable bed. 5 stars from us for Fallons!

The stairs were a bit much with our bags, we are 70+ but I know if we had asked we would have gotten help so our fault, not theirs.

Friendly, welcoming family-run B&B. The hosts are lovely people who are happy to give you local tips and guidance. Breakfast was generous. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking nearby.

Fallon’s itself is great. Just be aware Kinvara is limited for evening dining options apart from the Pier Head restaurant. If you want something simple for dinner, there’s ‘Seven Plates’, about 10 mins drive away in Kilcolgan - looks a bit unglamorous as it’s next to the petrol station but it’s fine!

The first room with 2 full beds was excellent and had fluffy towels and perfect on the second floor which they call the 1st floor . Breakfast was excellent!!!!

The second room was in adjoining building which is not as nice. The room had two twin bed which was fine. But towels were not as nice and room was hot. The tea and coffee was kept in hallway instead of in rooms like other build so you heard people come get it all the time. TVs to small and WiFi in second build to slow and hard to get on.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this comfy, beautiful, very clean, large room. I always have a nightlight in my suitcase in case one of us get up during the night. The bathroom was equipped with a nightlight!! Very nice addition to an already great room. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The live music venues are just around the corner and it was easy to find a good place for our evening meal.

We loved it. Place is spotless clean, nice room, very comfie bed, kettle, tea, coffee, tv, wifi, plenty space in the room, plugs in both side of the bed, beatiful hot shower. Host was very friendly and helpful, he recommended an amazing spot for dinner (Pier Head), food was savage and also told us what to do around and where to go for a few drinks ( we had the best craic with the locals). Best part was the breakfast, freshly cocked, was delicious, lovely food. Kinvara stole our heart

We rented the family room with three beds, and that was perfect for us. The private bathroom was sufficient for our family. There is no air conditioning, but the windows open nicely. The only concern was that the windows open onto a common patio, and several of the other guests decided to stay up late on the patio, drinking wine. It was not a problem for us that night, but I could see it being a concern if those people were not quiet. Luckily, I asked them to please keep it down for the sake of my kids and they did. Breakfast was very complete and we all really enjoyed our meal.

The common patio is adjacent to three guest rooms. We had to close our windows one time when I guest was on the patio smoking, and had to start our sleep time with the windows closed because of guests who are on the patio, playing card, games and drinking wine.

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming at all times. We had requested free parking and that was made available right in front of hotel. On a main street so there were pubs and restaurants nearby. Included breakfast was tasty and filling. Host gave us a wonderful tip to use the Shannon Ferries from Killimer to Tarbert (great experience on its own) to reduce driving distance to Killarney after visiting the Cliffs of Mohr. He took a lot of time to give us other helpful hints such as driving along coast for most scenic route to Cliffs of Mohr rather than the N67. We felt like they did above and beyond what was required of them. Very happy with our stay.

Lack of privacy from rooftop deck to our bedroom. Could use a screen in front of bedroom window to obscure view. Not much else!
