Great location, comfortable beds, clean, handy for bus in to city, lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby, in particular La Collina, OReillys and the Office, all in Salthill

Very tight car parking, lift doesn't go down to the car park, no waste food bin, balcony looked great in photos but didn't live up to expectations, very expensive

Lovely roomy apartment in a secure building; clean and comfortable. Great location just out of Galway city centre overlooking the water. Close to pubs and restaurants and a reasonable Centra supermarket a short walk away. We had trouble with the washing machine and the staff were very prompt in helping out by bringing us an airer to hang our clothes on. Off street parking was around the back with an easy entry/exit.

The lift didn't go down to the carport level. The self serve checking was over the top. Why do you need my address when you required my passport details? We had trouble locking the door out onto the balcony.

This was a wonderful location next to the prom. Apartment was well laid out, and beds extremely comfortable. Parking and security was excellent. We had a problem in the bathroom which was promptly addressed by staff.

It is noisy near the road, advisable to bring earplugs. We felt the checking in was tedious and very complicated. We also felt the constant emails(17 in total) regarding our stay was excessive.

The location...the apartment itself was very comfortable...we could walk into the city centre...but local bus stops near the Apartment...

The balcony was very grubby...Two chairs...one ingrained with bird dirt...no table... The entrance to the apartment was also very unkempt... Wasn't prepared for the level of noise ....

The apartment was lovely - good size and very clean with a great view.

I couldn't access the apartment until 4pm on the dot and by then there was a queue of people waiting to get access also. Could it not be done on a bases whereby every 10 minutes from 3pm each apartment can get access

Great location right on the beach on Salthill Promenade. Balcony overlooking the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious and fairly clean. Combo washer dryer, unfamiliar for Americans. Very thorough instruction booklet. Read it! Make sure you read to understand how the W/D, water heater and the heater works. Plenty of parking. Public transportation including the city sightseeing HOHO bus stops right outside.

While we loved the location, it is right above the busy sidewalk and beach so was quite noisy until late at night. We were there in mid-May, imagine summer would be very noisy. Above a nice Italian restaurant (a plus), but there were cooking smells. Very strange and substandard construction with sills and steps in strange places. The shower was quite slippery so would be a problem for the elderly and mobility impaired. Also the elevator does not go all the way to the car park level; also a problem for someone either mobility issues or heavy luggage. Check in is quite impersonal; you use a kiosk and keys are issued.

Galway Bay Seaview Apartments were nicely but sparsely decorated. The apartment was very spacious and has fantastic views across the Bay. It was conveniently located within walking distance of shops/restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and parking couldn't have been easier out the back.

We had trouble with the hot water - there were 3 of us staying in the apartment and were lucky to get one shower before needing to "boost" the hot water and wait for the next shower. Also the kitchen could perhaps be better stocked e.g. paper towel and perhaps a clothes rack to hang clothes inside.

Location was excellent 🤗 The apartment was clean And very comfortable. Amenities were sufficient And the coffee maker was a bonus!

Our cards wouldnt Work when we first checked in - lucky there was staff still onsite who reprogrammed them manually in the office. We replied to the message regarding more towels, but perhaps it was public holidays i never received reply. But i found a helpful staff member who provided them that day. Only other suggestion would be helpful to have heated towel rails in bathrooms to dry towels, And some coat hooks in Hall to hang up coats etc when coming in from the rain! But over all really nice apartments And very comfortable 👍

Perfect living with a ocean view. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Lots of excellent restaurants all around. At first we were worried about the check-in system, but the information sent and the real experience completely dispelled them. Everything went smoothly and easily. Galway is a perfect place for holidays!

I consider parking as one of the minuses of the accommodation. There is no system of assigned parking spaces and everything is based on the first come, first served rule. Due to the confined spaces, it is sometimes stressful.

Excellent location with view on the bay. Very handy bus just outside the main door, straight to city center. Nice apartment, lot of devices and appliances. Shops and facilities very near and convenient.

Thought for short stays only, kitchen stuff is minimal, cleaning one ridiculous. In my apartment there was a lot of noise due to the traffic lights just under the bedroom, making an annoying noise for pedestrian crossing. Windowpanes are old and do not provide acoustic insulation, that could be improved.
