The location of the hotel is ideal. It's a 10min walk to China Town, Gas town and the shopping mall. Great restaurants close by, with convenient stores also nearby. For location it was great. The room itself was also great. Spacious with a updated bathroom that was lovely. Good water pressure, even better extraction fan. The views were amazing, we were on the 9th floor and had a great view of the stadium. At night it's lit up red and that's amazing to look at. We did laundry while we were there on the 15th floor. The laundry room had a great table chair set up, so you could sit comfortably and read a book whilst taking advantage of great views. The laundry also lead to an outdoor balcony, which also had great views of the city(the picture of the city skyline is from the balcony off the laundry room). The complimentary breakfast was also very good. There was a wide selection of options, from eggs, bacon to waffles and pastries. I also liked they had takeaway cups for coffee, so you could take a cup and go.

Nothing. There is construction going on in the lobby, but that's hardly the fault of the hotel, that there's noise and dust.

The staff on the premises were very helpful and courteous. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Even though we were early, the staff gave us the booked room as it was available. The kitchen and the housekeeping staff were very courteous and pleasant. The lobby, room and breakfast area were pleasant, clean and well maintained. Access facilities were well maintained and pleasant.

Breakfast menu could be improved. While there are a lot of items on the breakfast menu, it is limited for people on low carbohydrate and sugar diet. Also, the menu choices seem to be repeated every day. It could be varied day to day to make it more interesting. The above are not a complaint but just a suggestion for improvement.

Paying that much for a hotel, my expectations were more around safety and cleanliness and I got these 2 covered. The room was very clean and there were no signs of wear and tear. The hotel staff are amazing, kind, and generous with their time and friendliness and kindness. Ann, Aleeza, and the front desk lady upon picking up my luggage were all amazing. I was also able to check in early which was very helpful and made my experience at Vancouver even better.

However, the breakfast was less than basic and more like motel style rather than a 4star hotel. The price for one night stay is way too expensive and was out of my budget but I had to pay it as I had no alternative. I was one person with 2 beds in my room which was not what I needed but only what was available so I paid extra money for a service that I didn't want.

The reception staff were great, welcoming and always happy to help. The hotel is located in a convenient location and we were able to walk to all of our destinations or Canada Place to meet shuttle buses. The room was clean and quiet and I can only fault the pillows. The free breakfast was great, it had everything you need and if you don’t feel like the hotel breakfast then there is multiple breakfast cafes close. The Gym has everything you would need for a decent workout. We would absolutely stay again. (We stayed for 7 Nights) Thank you to the Housekeeping team who refreshed our rooms, it was nice to come back to a clean refreshed room! The housekeeping Lqdy was lovely and polite.

The only thing is the pillows, they were lumpy and probably should be changed out.

The rooms were really comfortable and staff were very helpful. My kid really enjoyed the table tennis and the football table. Breakfast was good too with essentials covered although would have preferred some variety. I also loved the coin system for managing dirty laundry easily and the water filter for filling fresh water. The hotel really knows what travellers really need. Also, love the location. Plenty eateries around and trains not too far away.

Place is undergoing some quiet renovations so the lobby area is not quite fancy but it really did not matter. The rooms and the service of the staff made up for everything else. Fantastic location too.

I have social anxiety so going for breakfast took some time to work up the courage, it was a fairly bright and open space with plenty of seating available. I no longer eat pork, however, there were options to accommodate my dietary restriction. It was within walking distance of the venue I went to for a concert & also of other amenities such as coffee shops, plenty of great restaurants and a liquor store. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a late check out but the front desk offered to hold my bags until my scheduled departure so was able to do some shopping & indulge in the famous Japadog which is nostalgic for me as my friends & frequent there when I used to live in the city :) The hotel also called me a cab when it was time to go!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when I needed help fixing my credit card authorization. The breakfast staff seemed nice, and even the janitors seemed really friendly. Overall a good stay in the short time I was there. Free breakfast was great to have and a good value add. It's a 10 minutes walk from Rogers arena and right next door to BC Place, which is great if you need somewhere to stay and are watching sports events or attending large concerts in Vancouver.

The entrance is a bit sketchy because it's in a weird alleyway along with another hotel. You have to watch for cars and sometimes stuff on the ground because people like to puke in alleyways apparently.

We loved having laundry facilities available for use! It really made a world of difference for us after traveling for 10 days. We also greatly appreciated the front desk staff having a cab ready for us at 5:00 am.

We were disappointed that we couldn't get a sack breakfast for checking out so early to catch a train. We were also a little bummed that we couldn't get an earlier check in since we were checking out so early, but understand that limited room availability.

The location for going to an event at BC Place can't be beat! It's across the street 😀🎯 Room was good sized and had a microwave and fridge and some dishes. Plus a safe in the room to keep valuables.

My mattress dipped on the right side, but I just went over in the left side where it was flat and not sloped. It was comfortable enough and had nice pillows. Pricing was very high $415 USD for 1 night room and parking. But I suppose that increase was for the Elton John concert. I noticed that the normal price is around $130 which is a great price. 👍

The hotel has a good breakfast service with something for every one, from Cereal to potatoes, fresh fruit to pastries. I especially enjoyed making my own waffles. They had a choice of batter and I loved the pumpkin spice. They also had a selection of toppings including stewed berries. The eggs were perfectly boiled, and they also offered scrambled and omelette. My 10year old and I both enjoyed our breakfasts.

Not much of a view. We were in a suite on the 5th floor our room overlooked the entrance to the lobby. Not much to see to be honest.
