The property was well maintained. Very clean! The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay. It is close to the mall (easy walking distance), car dealerships, restaurants, shops and there is a Timmy's close by to boot. We would easily stay again.

The parking lot is not huge but there is overflow parking at the beer market next door that they point out at check in. An active train line runs not far away but the rooms seem well insulated from the sound so we barely noticed.

The breakfast was exceptional and the staff serving couldn’t have been better. Best part of the stay! The rooms are also very clean!

The price was waaay higher than last time we stayed here. Also the fact that this hotel doesn’t accommodate a family with 3 small children is very disappointing. We unfortunately will have to find more affordable and accommodating options next time. This place has always been a favourite so that’s disappointing.

Good location and clean rooms

Lack of parking. After attending an event offsite, we pulled into the parking lot late in the evening and we barely found a parking spot. Vehicles had to park in the bus parking in front of the hotel and along the entrance area - there just isn’t enough parking for the amount of guests for a hotel this size.

a number of little things they need to work out like the toilet didn’t flush in the first room, the fridge doesn’t fit into its space, stair access is limited and some fob doors weren’t working. Also, be aware that their bathroom doors are sliding doors….. not much sound barrier or privacy and they are loud to roll at night - terrible feature.

Responsive staff, housekeeping respected the do not disturb sign on the door, room was spotless

Other patrons would leave dirty dishes outside elevator doors as well as garbage and staff did not make rounds throughout the day to pick up...this is more of a guest problem but staff could be on the lookout for this (also don't leave large trash bags at elevator doors all day or overnight)

Did not want a buffet, only wanted toast and coffee but didn’t want to drive to another restaurant. Was disappointed I had to order the buffet and pay another 45$ for breakfast for 2 un order to stay put till check out.

The sink and bath tub drain caps wouldn’t pop up to drain. The cover over the AC unit (we then read... not to be used, use thermostat on wall) cover was broken. Everything else was great. Thanks

The bathroom lighting was dull, not easy to see to apply makeup etc. There was a problem with the drain in the tub, unable to take a bath or shower on the last day,not interested in having maintenance in the room late at night.

Good location, comfortable spacious room, friendly & helpful staff

There was a software error or miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel reservations. My booking was not in the system when I tried to check in and I had to wait a while and call booking.com to get it sorted out.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, the gym and the pool were good as well. It was located close to most shopping we had planned on doing. The weather was terrible that weekend so we couldn't walk to restaurants, which would've been nice, but we ate at the hotel restaurant.
