locality was excellent, it was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful

the balcony was one large balcony for all rooms without any divides therefore any guest could walk up to your room, it is minor however it was so hot there but I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the door open to balcony because of this.

We really liked that the Appartement was very close to our points of interests. Also, the staff was nice and friendly. We found the apartment clean and equipped with necessary stuff. We liked that we couldn't hear the noise from the road and that we had the possibility to warm our room from a private heater. Per total, it was a good experience. Also it's great that they gave us the possibility to check-in earlier and reserved for us a parking place in a private parking.

The only thing that bothered was the water evacuation in the shower. It looks like it was having a problem and the water was staying long time in the shower tube. The bed was very comfortable but too small for a couple with a toddler. All the rest was really nice.

Nice size room. Plenty additions, coffee, cakes and sweets. Room was well equipped, with coffee maker and refrigerator etc. Excellent shower and comfy bed. Great breakfast. Lovely, friendly, helpful and professional staff.

A small observation, some carpets in the upper hallways needed upgrading. However room carpet and main communal areas were fine.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and good value. The service was helpful and I appreciated being able to park the car in the hotel's car park.

I understand the pressure/temptation to increase room prices when there is a big event in the city (Rugby World Cup), but the mark up was quite significant.

The location, staff and the parking was just as expected. Easy to reach and friendly front desk are helpful. The beds were comfy. Wifi was enough to pickup. And have departmental stores in walkable distance to pickup some quick things.

Kitchen counter is too small and the silverware was not sufficient. And there was not enough utensils to cook a family meal.

We booked a mini apartment which had everything that we needed for a three day stay. It was very clean and comfortable plus the staff were very helpful.

We would have liked a bar/restaurant on site, although breakfast was available.

The apartment was very well-designed and had a lovely corniced ceiling. It is tastefully and stylishly decorated and furnished. It is very well-appointed and modern. Everything of a high standard. It lacked only a washing machine.

I would have liked to open a window for some fresh air, but there was an issue with access to the balcony - not a significant problem.

Good location 5 mins walk from Metro. Very clean room and nice touch providing coffee capsules and sweets!

Rugby World Cup prices across Lille were ridiculous! This property certainly not the worst value though.

Standard across all France but massively inflated price due to the Rugby world cup so value for money not that good
