The location is magnificent! It is right next to the central station and it took only 10 minutes walk to the city center. The staff was really helpful both during check-in and check-out, the rooms are spacious and clean. The AC in the room is more than enough.

Although this is not the hotel's fault, since it is right next to the central station (which is a big plus) there were maintenance at the station every single night after midnight. The windows are good enough to keep the noise outside, but that means you have to sleep windows closed. So get a room across the building if possible :)

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff friendly and helpful.

The water adjustment in the shower was not good. Very difficult to get something other than very cold or very hot. We told the staff and the person who deals with these things just said he was aware that some of the showers still needed repair. When we checked out the staff made no mention of that, but when they asked how everything was and we told them again, if was just acknowledged with a "yes we know..." A little "apology of sorts" would be more effective... Otherwise very nice.

Good value for money, the room was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is situated right next to the train station within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the tram line. We were a little concerned it would be a noisy at night being so central but we were up on the 6th floor and couldn't hear anything! The air con kept the room nice and cool and the beds were very comfortable.

My mum and I requested a twin room with separate single beds but as the room was quite small the beds were right next to each other so didn't allow for a lot of space. The cost for breakfast was very expensive at 17 euros per person so we decided to grab a pastry and coffee at a lovely cafe across the road instead for more than half the price!

Clean, efficient, and close to the station. No frills but it meets all of the expectations of a hotel next to the station. This is my third time at this location, and did not disappoint.

For some people looking for luxury, this is not the place. But for the location and price, you could not ask for more.

Location was great , very convenient for commutation.

I was expecting a Electric kettle with Coffee /Tea, sugar, Creamer, etc. in the room which was missing. Even 3 star hotels are providing it. This was 4 star property so must have.

Very good and pleasant hotel, conveniently located near station and city centre. Helpfull staff, good breakfast, nice room. Just a pleasant surprise.

Carpet in room is not very clean. No reason to blame houskeeping but carpets in hotel rooms is not a good solution. There are better alternatives

Excellent location right next to the train station and also not far from the center. Ideal for day trips to the surrounding area. Good breakfast, my spouse is gluten-intolerant and they offered us gluten-free bread and other options.

Could easily locate it. Go right at the Hauptbahnhof. Cannot miss it. Everything is accessible from there. The breakfast was in the lobby. Quite good. Killer kebap shop around the corner and a decent Irish bar.

It is fairly basic. Modern commodities, just no character.

it is a superb location right opposite the main rail station and tram stops. Many places to eat nearby and it is three tram stops or a short walk to the heart of the shopping centre. The hotel is well maintained and cared for by its staff and is a credit to the Inter City Hotel brand

The proximity of the Hotel to the railway station is a distinct bonus, check in was easy with a friendly and courteous member of staff. The room was a good size and supplied with the usual toiletries. The breakfast had a wide variety of items catering for most tastes.
