A nice, modern hotel in a quiet area of Milan. Although it's not very central, there is a handy metro station (Cenisio) just across the road - from Milano Centrale, you can take the Green M2 line north to Garibaldi, then the purple M5 to Cenisio (2 stops on each line), it takes about 15 minutes in total. We had a lovely room on the 7th floor (702). Rooms are reasonable and modern, with good air conditioning, pleasant mood lighting and a decent shower/bathroom. The staff were friendly and our room was serviced daily, including fresh towels (even though we hung them up to reuse and they advertise eco-friendly). At reception, they sell water, soft drinks, alcohol and snacks at quite reasonable prices, which is handy if you arrive and need some supplies but don't want to hunt for a shop.

While manageable via the metro, the location doesn't have much to offer nearby on foot and feels quite industrial. We did manage to walk to a restaurant on our first night and found a lovely cafe (Cenisio 7 Bar) nearby for breakfast, but you need a car or a metro ticket to get around. We also had a small problem: the above-head shower fixture was loose and fell out when we first used it. Admittedly, we didn't report this to reception but did leave the broken fixture visible in the bathroom, hoping the cleaner would notice and fix it, but they never did. It didn't cause a huge problem, but it could be handled by checking the rooms more thoroughly between guests.

It is a B&B standard - simple, clean, comfortable. Small fridge in the room, large TV, good Wi-Fi... The view from the room was amazing! Large bonus big underground parking garage. In the lobby you can buy very affordable beer, wine, snacks and even cocktails!! The location is not so good at the first sight, but actually location is very central - yes location is excellent. You can easily reach by foot the main touristic (and not so touristic) spots. Close to the metro station. TIP 1. Ask for a upper floor rooms because of the view.

The coffee machine in the lobby can give you only coffee with sugar. The overall impression of the building and surrounding is not so nice, but don't worry, after 5 minutes walk you are already in a nice surrounding.

We came to Milano for 2 days only, and from the beginning it looked like hotel located in place without anything around. But after we checked in, and whent outside to see what we can have, very suddenly we appeared in the China town (3 min by walk) and were very happy about this, because we combined within 2 days to visit Italy and China :) The Hotel itself as it is on the photos. We arrived earlier check in time, but on the reception without any problems they told us that our room is ready and we can go even now. When we entered our room i realised that there was a problem with toilet (it was leacking ) and immediately we were moved to another, same type room. It was really very nice from the staff and administraion. Our stay there was very ok! Thanks to all of the staff

clean, wide & comfortable rooms. wifi connection was fine enough. staff was really nice and helpful. it is very close to a M-station. the building seems like an isolated place but actually close to a very nice neighborhood.

although the price was alright, the breakfast was not like a continental one. if you like bakery products & flakes it is still good. but as I like eating cheese and veggies in the morning, I couldnt get what I expected. we stayed in the weekend and there was a party on both nights just close to the entrance of the hotel. if our room was not in upper levels, the noise could be a problem at night for us.

The hotel is on the metro station,good connections with the city centre. Very good soundproof windows, nice pillows, very nice staff. Fresh orange juice for breakfast,and very good choice of fruit.There is a disco club for those who want a party at night,but we did't hear the music in the room,so of ypu want to rest, the disco is not a problem.We were in tocsany for a few days,and the hotel accepted to leave our lugguage at the hotel,besides that we were not there gest for that days. No other hotel in milan didn't accept that.that was the reason why we booked this hotel,and we didn't regret. It's near the san siro stadio,a few metro stations. This is the chain of hotels, at few location in milan,so if you want a hotel in milan this is very good choice.

There was no refrigerator in the room, but we survived without it. Maybe it would be nice if there is some vegetable for breakfast. It's no big deal,even without this things,the hotel is great.

Bed was comfortable. Reception was great and helped us by taking in a food order. Easy check-in/check-out. Room is a good size and would suit people on business trips in particular. Location was okay, with bigger train stops about 5-10min walk away. You could still walk but as its Milano and quite large, the centre would be about 45mins walk from here. Room was clean, except bathroom shower needed more attention.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner in particular the shower had some buildup and limescale. Shower wasn't great, and struggled to wash out hair (We do have thick hair though so this is unlikely to be a concern for some). There is also a club within the complex the hotel is in, and there was loud music/people talking until really late in the morning. Our windows/curtains were closed and it was still distracting.

Good location next to Cenisio metro station. The staff were excellent and the rooms were nice and clean.

One small thing that would make a big difference is that there is only one socket at on side of the bed. An extra socket on the other side would make it much better.

Great value and location. Tidy hotel and necessities are taken care of. Clean room and comfy bed. Super accurate breakfast description in posters around the place. Breakfast was also great value.

Shower had some trouble draining the water (not too bad though) and acoustics were pretty bad. Only 2 electric outlets.

The hotel is located at a good calm place near metro and tram. Quite convenient if you need to use trains to go outside Milan. There is a terrace with a beautiful view.

Only ONE el. socket in the room (second one was in the bathroom), altough there were 2 USB charging points, they were both at one place so the room was not very suitable for two persons. Super small storage place in the room. Again, would be enough for one, not two. Room's wall are kind of hear-through. Breakfast was NOT very bountiful, don't know if it was due to the pandemic restrictions - it wasn't an open free buffet, but you would get a tray and a hotel staff would put your meal on your plate, kind of school cafeteria style.
