Location location location. It is absolutely one of the best located hotels in Amsterdam. It is a 2 minute walk from the station and many of the sites are within walking distance.

It is a budget hotel. So you have to set your expectations according. The rooms are small but functional. It is not a business hotel but it is superbly located, value for money and convenient. If you are located on the floors 5-9 you are actually directly over the train platforms so expect some noise. It is also close to the party areas of Amsterdam so you might encounter several bucks or hens nights type crowds from certain parts of the UK.

1) Location - Excellent 2) Breakfast - Horrible - cudnt eat anything - also there was nobody to overlook - TOTAL WASTE of money - they r taking advantage of being located centrally. Else nothing great. Why don they improve?? 3) Rooms: yes clean. Overall ok. Nothing to boast about.

1) Breakfast 2) Overpriced 3) Very bad that they charge after checkout E10 p/hr - taking disadvantage - I mean who checks out at 12pm? They should atleast consider some extra time. I wont go back ONLY for location - there are other plenty options too.

Hotel is right above Central Station. Very convenient to travel outside of amsterdam city limits. Staff are friendly , has a restaurant serving breakfast.

Air conditioning was poor, we changed room once as it was not working, moved to another room and it was not good either, had to keep windows open. If travelling with kids I won't recommend staying here , rooms are small (its a budget hotel) also the area around central station has many drunk/high people while coming back to hotel after sightseeing.

Location!!! And the staff were amazing and friendly, and funny as well. Great there were lockers available onsite as well (though I wish we'd known before paying for them that the hotel offered free luggage storage!)

We had a triple single room, which did feel quite cramped. There wasn't even a little table to put things on, or basics like a kettle/tea bags which should be pretty standard in a hotel I'd think... Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that, but there was a sign in the lobby that said the hotel offered '24/7 hot and fresh food' which there was zero evidence of upon our return late-ish one night. Seems a bit like false advertising there... but we ended up purchasing snacks from the concierge anyway. Needs must!

Nice clean hotel, modern, right in the centre so perfect for first time travellers to Amsterdam! Found recommendations from a Facebook Amsterdam page - glad I went with it and ignored a few comments re too close to Station - did not bother us at all, super convenient and we did not hear lots of noise despite our room overlooking tracks! We were ‘upgraded’ when checking in to apparently a larger room - suited us, although it wasn’t large it had everything we needed. Complimentary drinks on arrival as I was celebrating my birthday - a lovely helpful lady checked us in and gave some very useful local tips. We did not book breakfast as it was a lot more expensive and we wanted to explore local cafes etc but the hotel facilities looked nice. Most of what we needed was in walking distance or easy tram ride. All in all a fantastic stay was had!!

The only thing we struggled with was the luggage lockers as no large ones available so on checkout day we had to leave our larger case in the free for all luggage room and hope nobody took it - they didn’t!!

Great location for us next to central station and easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. if you’re using trams excellent access to them. Hotel clean modern with good facilities, we had everything we needed in the room. Mattress topper kept slipping off during night not secured on to mattress

We paid for breakfast which was organised chaos! The hotel weren’t prepared for the volume of customers taking breakfast, the staff admitted that themselves, said it was unusual? lack of seating, dirty plates etc left around, not good. Breakfast itself was ok, nothing to write home about. plenty of pastries not much cooked items, wee sausages and scrambled eggs and beans

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience. First and foremost, the location is ideal as it's just a short walk from the central station, cafes and bars and red light district.(10 min walking). Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us warmly and kindly offered to store our luggage as we had arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time of 3 pm. The room was not very big, but it was tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean with hot water available at all times for a refreshing shower. The shower cabin had a door that prevented water from splashing onto the bathroom floor.The hotel's WiFi was great. And when it was time to check out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until later in the afternoon till we left for airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amsterdam. The location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodations make it an excellent choice for any traveler.

Maybe the pillow was too high for me but not a problem.

Location location. Love it as it is next to Central Station, & tram station is just few steps- easier for our trip to anywhere. Hotel is chic & modern. Eventhough our room’s window is facing the train, we didn’t hear a thing. Good insulation there.

There is a FOC luggage storage room but no security like other hotels, though there is a key (common key) given by hotel for each person who has his/her bag in there. Hotel even said no guarantee of things is missing. hence, it’s your choice. So we stored ours in the Central Station locker room instead (with some payment)

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to Amsterdam for a visit. It’s my second time in Amsterdam and second time in this hotel and I will definitely come back again to the same hotel. Great location 5 mins from Amsterdam train station and walking distance from everything. Staff are very accommodating and the food is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and clean. When booking my stay i asked would they give me a room with a view because we were celebrating birthdays and they did exactly that.

Arrived at 10.30am, appreciated that they allowed us early check in. Free coffee & tea facilities located in the hotel reception area for guests. Location very central, a stone's throw away from Amsterdam Central Train station. Close to Damrak, Chinatown, walking distance to a lot of places. Room is clean but small. Many electric sockets. Check in was a breeze. Rooms soundproofing was good, not really affected by any train noise although train lines were practically below the hotel.

They gave us 2 paper cups in the bathroom, didn't inform us that you needed to bring the paper cup to get free coffee & tea at the reception area. Otherwise, you need to pay £2 at reception for a paper cup to make your coffee. The room is very small, couldn't open 2 luggage bags flat fully. Room rates were very expensive for a room that size, we paid £800 for 3 nights.
