Room : Bed was comfortable, shower was great & they supply soap, body wash,shampoo & conditioner. The room has air con & a kettle but only small non recycled cups so bring your own if you want a big mug. They supply tea & coffee but no milk . Breakfast buffet had all the normal food you’d expect . Location was in walking distance of nearly everything & the tram stopped right outside the hotel. It was about a 5 to 10 min walk from central station The staff were friendly & helpful

You are in a city so expect a bit of outside noise We were by the lift & some people forget others maybe sleeping by talking loudly while waiting for it !

Nice hotel close to Central Station. Clean, very good support from staff. This is a non-smoking hotel, a nice feature. Lots of restaurants around, but most of them offer ordinary tourist food, not really good, not really bad. Difficulties is to find good and reasonable ones. Note, the street in front of the hotel is under work at least for another year until 2024, which makes displacements around more challenging, especially with luggage’s.

We understand this is Amsterdam and everything is expensive. This hotel is nice but too expensive for what it is, even when I compare similar prestations in other large European cities.

Small but nice room and bathroom, on average probably a bit roomier than your typical Amsterdam hotel. Staff was very friendly and invoice was ready as requested. Very good breakfast, significantly better than many other hotels in Amsterdam.

There are big road works going on right in front of the hotel. My room had view on this street under construction and they have water pumps running all night to pump water. If you like sleeping with an open window to get some fresh air, get ready for a sleepless night because that constant noise of pumping up and draining water was really bothering me. Of course, this is not something the hotel can do anything about.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better! Step outside the hotel and you have the tram stop that takes you straight into city centre and also to the Museumplein. It is also within walkable distance to Amsterdam Central Station. Walk right next to the alley of the hotel and you'll reach the main shopping and food street! What a steal!

The rooms are small understandably, for the location and price paid. But I would stay here again only because it is so convenient and strategic. Wifi connection is a bit weak. There's only one lift.

The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Amsterdam Centraal station, walk distance to town, it did. Agood job for 3 nights. The double room was small , but not much time we spent in the room as most of our time we were enjoying city landmarks. Recommend if you are looking for a close distance to all amenities.

Toilet and shower were a bit challenging, showering as a wet room flooding the bathroom floor, so definitely you need a room clean after. The doors were banging on the toilet bowl. If you are a bigger person, this may be a bit awkward to get into the bathroom.

Area is very central and next to the police station. The hotel was nice and breakfast was good.

I didn't particularly care for the central area myself. I had to ask twice for conditioner in the bathroom as we didn't have it in the room. I was asked to put a sign on the door for cleaning service to replenish. When cleaning service came it was again not replenished so I had to call down to the front desk which was then immediately brought up. The room was the smallest of all the cities we went to and yet the most expensive. Also we had to sit sideways on the toilet as our knees ran into the tub it's so close.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful; I arrived early and left my luggage in their secure room. I opted for room only so did not eat there, but there was a coffee machine and a cold drinks dispenser in the comfortable reception area. The room itself, and the bathroom, were very clean and easily accessed by lift - an important point for me as I'm in my sixties and had a heavy suitcase! Location was excellent, close to Centraal station and to the main shopping areas, bars, and restaurants.

There was major construction work going on immediately outside the hotel; not the hotel's fault but a slight inconvenience for their guests.

It was a very central location and easy access from the station on arrival in Amsterdam. The night staff was very friendly at reception even when it was late. the buffet breakfast was great value for money. We felt secure at the venue and the rooms had all we needed and was spacious enough.

The road works outside the Hotel but that was not within the Hotel's responsibility - it made access with travel bags a bit of a challenge.

The location is excellent. Very close to central station and walking distance to many places. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff is also very helpful. Clean hotel. Comfortable rooms. The heating was good. Extra bed was a bonus. Spacious room. No noise from outside is heard, so we has a sound sleep.

Little over priced. Breakfast is also expensive. It's 15€ if booked a day in advance or 20€ on d day per person. You get breakfast at cheaper prices outside. So we never had in the hotel. Had a small water logging issue in the washbasin but was immediately resolved by the staff. So thank u!! Otherwise no complaints! Loved the stay ....

The location was quite close to the Central Station and various tourist sites so was very convenient. The room and bathroom were clean and the shower was perfect, with complimentary toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.) Plenty of towels. The big bed was very comfortable with sufficient bedding. There was a kettle to heat water. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped my cousin contact the airline when she discovered her flight had been cancelled. No problem to leave our bags in the luggage room prior to check-in and after check-out. There was a machine near the dining room where you could get drinking water and ice.

The price was exorbitant, apparently because it was Easter weekend. Really shocking for an average room to cost over €350, but it seems that Amsterdam hotels charge far more than “normal.” The light in the room was really insufficient. And we needed to plug in our phones to charge so had to unplug the desk lamp, which made it quite dark. The extra bed was not very comfortable, compared to the main bed. Breakfast was expensive, so we didn’t take this option.
