Excellent location! Conveniently located within walking distance of popular sites, restaurants, neighborhoods, and multiple modes of transportation. The apartment is clean, practical, and comfortable. Safe location and easy-to-use door locking security. The host, Pepe, is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Excellent communication and smooth process from beginning to end, with great suggestions and a friendliness that made us feel at home. Would stay again!

Fantastic central location. Lovely host. Tea bags and coffee available and towels and shampoo. Would definitely stay again. Amsterdam is expensive and this was a good value option.

Very minor things- It was a little dark due to the design and layout so needed lights on all the time. The ladder to the beds was steep, not a problem for us but would not suit less mobile people.

The owner is very helpful. His care and kindness for people renting his apartment are exceptional. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the train station and therefore super convenient for travelers.

The apartment is a duplex. I liked having the bedroom on a higher level, however, if someone cannot climb the stairs that will pose a problem. There is a sofa downstairs on the ground floor, so that helps.

The owner is lovely, we arrived a little late from the scheduled time, he kindly waited for us. For the departure he even kept our things after the check-out. He is a very good listener, he gives great advice for visiting and eating. You can trust him without any problem. Very close to the main arteries of Amsterdam, despite the proximity, the place was quite quiet. We will gladly come back for another trip! Regards Alexandre Reculé

perfect location; Perre is so kind ; excellent communication and friendly host. He explained us every details and showed on the map which places we need to go and see.Shops are around the corner.There are a lot of restaurants around this place. House is comfortable and you have everything which you need.Beds are so comfortable. I recommend everyone to stay here.

Pepe was an amazing host! He gave us a map with suggestions of what to do in Amsterdam and everything he recommended was amazing. The location was right in the center of everything. Walking distance from central station and all of the city highlights.

Since it was in the middle of everything it was a little noisy but honestly that didn’t bother us at all.

Pepe was a great host, he was so flexible and willing to accommodate us, and gave us all the useful information of places to see in the city and what to try! And apart from that he is such a smiling person, he made us feel like home- totally recommend! The place was clean and great as well, in the heart of Amsterdam, close to all the famous attractions! Thank you for the great experience 😊

Host was great. Met us on arrival and spent time showing us where to hire bikes, cheaper supermarkets, places of interest etc... Very friendly and great communications. Location was perfect. 5 -7 mins walk from Amsterdam Central station. Very comfortable bedding and loved the superb easy door locking fob keys. Awesome host, awesome location. Many thanks Pepe!

The apartment is small but it has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. The best thing is the position, it's in the middle between Centraal Station and Dam square, it's great.

The city is full of fast foods and it's very expensive so sometimes it'd be good to cook something healthy at home but here it's not possible.

Best Personal, very friendly and accommodating, best location, located centrally, shops are just around the corner, it was a short stay but it was really worth it. Although Amsterdam is known to be expensive, it was the best deal we got for a short stay👍🏼. Thank you very much.
