The room was nice clean and cozy, staff was polite all of them spoke english. Nice underground parking.

We happened to stay in one of the rooms that is facing the street and it was quite noisy, it’s not too bad with the windows closed but almost unbearable if you’d like to let some fresh air in, at night if you are a light sleeper you are gonna hear the trains going through and all the noise from the bus stop which is almost directly under the balcony even with the windows closed, maybe the hotel could do a better job about informing their guests about this.

This hotel is awesome for lots of reasons. It’s close to the main stadium of Warsaw. Our room was so clean, comfortable and with perfect air conditioning ( cuz it was chilling hot outside). Many thanks for the breakfast - it was mouthwatering. And a big THANK to a young receptionist (boy) who let us use the toilet at night after the Imagine Dragons show, however, we were staying at the hotel anymore. So polite and friendly. Definitely recommend Tulip Residence🤍

It is close to the railway line and at night we were staying - there were some repairing work outside. So unfortunately, too noisy.

The hotel is located in the Stara Prague district. The journey by bus took 20-30 minutes. You won’t be able to get to the hotel directly by bus, you will need to walk for 15 minutes. I traveled only with a backpack, so if you are with suitcases, then plan your way either by taxi, metro, or tram. The hotel seems small but for me cozy. The staff is friendly and you can (which is important for me personally) leave your luggage before the settlement. The hotel has an elevator that can only be used by hotel guests. Let's move on to the number. I lived on the 4th floor. My windows overlooked the side of the main street. An important note, if you have a light sleep, then ask for a room on the other side of the building. Since there are railway rails + tram + road nearby, you can hear them quite well. But if you are a sound sleeper, then this shouldn't be a problem. The room is cozy, there is shower gel, hair dryer, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and towels. Everything was clean and tidy. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't say.

2 disadvantages: 1. Audibility of the street 2. Wi-fi. On the 4th floor, he worked for 1 stick and below.

A nice design hotel on a busy street. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast very good selection. The only thing that can be disappointing is that the hotel does not have enough parking, which can be a problem when you arrive tired late in the evening and do not know where to park. At the reception, they recommended a private guarded paid parking at Lubelska 20/20a. There was a lot of space here and it was a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Also near was a train station and a subway with which you could quickly get to the city center.

Place in town is not for everyone taste - not too far from Old Town (abt. 30 min walk), but hotel's area isn't really attractive - close to railway station, some abandoned buildings around, far not so clean streets as in a central part of the city, more tramps and strange persons walking around then in better quarters of central Warsaw. The building is placed right on the very lively street, night time is OK, but from very early morning you can hear lot of traffic noise, incl. trams,etc

For a hotel in the Praga District it was quite lovely and above standards/expectations. The room was very clean and neat, and I felt very calm from the outside world for a moment. It was very nice of them to let me have my breakfast at my room (due social being on the autistic spectrum and other hidden disabilities, I think I'ts safe to say that you feel at could feel at ease here).

- A more genuine, kind, and understanding (eg. a sympathetic/empathic) answer would be more appropriate than a "professional" one from the staff when I told them at the check-in that I was currently experiencing a panic attack and would like to just like to check in ASAP. - Generally, it does not look good when the reception sofas are filled with workers whispering. Or at all sitting there actually. - I asked if there was a possibility of changing rooms due to my sensory overload issues and the traffic but was told to call an hour later when her male boss was in charge. I did call later, but there was still a female that informed me all other rooms were unavailable (although I double-checked with websites online)- I was offered some earplugs, which was however very kind. :)

There's a train overpass just next to the hotel and the noise is horrible (at least in the room where we were in, which was facing the tracks), with trains starting really early in the morning and running almost non-stop. If you stay here, I'd recommend to ask to be placed in a room as far as possible from the trains and not facing the tracks. Also, 15% off was offered in the restaurant for guests of the hotel, but the first time we ate there, the staff didn't ask if we were guests so the discount was not applied. When we complained about this, they told us to talk to the hotel staff or manager, we did but they never came back to us nor gave us the money back for the discount. That's really disappointing and felt like they didn't care at all about that.

I was amused by location and great design of interiors. There were tram and bus stops, metro and train stations, some shops and cafes just nearby. It was very easy to explore both Praga district and city centre from here. Also i've had a great view to the side of Śródmieście skyscrapers and a busy railway line. I really loved hearing and watching different trains literally every minute, but it can be not that comfortable for someone else (but truly it wasn't that loud at all). The room design was as pretty as comfy and it had a lot of space, i just love it. I can't imagine any better location to stay for that price. Much thankful!

There was a problem with one of two windows in my room. It had an air leakage, so it was colder (it was winter) and noisier in the room than it should be. But i'm sure the problem will be solved quickly.

Very nice, modern, room is all you need and the Nespresso machine was amazing. Good location, 30 min walk to old city center, 5 min to PGE stadium, good transportation links.

Not property’s fault - there is a train station near by and you can hear the trains passing by. Also maybe a good idea to put a mosquito net on the windows as there were a lot of bugs coming inside if you open the window.
