I love the place! This is my third stay I guess. Although it is a tiny hotel, I adore its strategic location! The staff are nice, polite, and supportive. The breakfast at Bella Italia is very good. The area and the hotel are safe and comfortable I did not encounter any issues. It is quiet at night which helps me to relax. I am thankful to Mr.Imed for giving me an early check-in which I greatly appreciate.

The small room is not an issue for me, but the soundproofing issue is! because it wakes me up when people move in their rooms. It feels funny sometimes because every step can be heard, and I imagine the walker falls from the roof :D This is probably not something easy to solve in old hotels in London!

From when we walked in we were greeted by a friendly member of staff on reception. We arrived early planning on just leaving our suitcases at the hotel whilst we went to explore but was advised not only that our room was ready but we had been given a free upgrade with complimentary breakfast and food and drinks in the room. The room exceeded our expectations and was perfect for a short stay in London. We liked the location of the hotel and it was really peaceful. We don't often travel to London but will book this hotel again for future visits. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Bed was comfy and room was clean and tidy. The location of the venue when going to events in Hyde park was superb - the event finished and we were tucked up in bed by 11pm. The staff were friendly and helpful and greeted us every time we entered the lobby. The hotel breakfast is provided in the Bella Italia linked to it and, although a little busy, was good,

Room was a tad noisy (sound transfer from other rooms). However, when you stay there on the night of BST this is to be expected and did not detract from our stay. The blinds also let in a fair bit of light but we always travel with sleep masks as this isn't an issue exclusive to this hotel by any means.

I booked three rooms in the hotel on Booking.com. and there was an offer of a free room upgrade. I emailed the hotel to confirm that the rooms were upgraded which they confirmed, and I also requested if they could be together if possible. On arrival the rooms were not upgraded and were not together. It was very disappointing to have to explain this in the reception area, with my family waiting. We had previously stayed here and knew our rooms allocated were not upgraded. However the gentleman on reception was very helpful and understanding, and was aware that the upgrade had not been done. However, after some time, he managed to allocate us three upgraded rooms which we were happy with. He also was apologetic and gave us complimentary vouchers for breakfast the following morning.

It was disappointing on arrival to discover the rooms had not been upgraded as the offer said and the rooms were not on the same floor. It was awkward having to ask and explain in reception that we should have had an upgrade. I had emailed the hotel prior to us coming to London to confirm this, yet still it had not been arranged.

The location is perfect few minutes walk to the Hyde Park and Paddington metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near by shops, supermarkets. I would reccomend this hotel and I will book it again to my trip to beautiful London. The only disadvantage thing is that the rooms sizes are small, I ignored that because we only stay in the hotel for sleeping time and our day is outside. But comparing it to all the facilities the price is worth it and perfect for small budgets. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

The room size

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We arrived before check at 3pm and they did everything to make sure our room was ready quickly after we arrived and given a free courtesy drink at the bar whilst we waited even though we had arrived over a hour before check in. Room was lovely, clean, modern feel and courtesy drink's in the fridge which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a lovely old mews building so the room's are slightly smaller than you might expect but are lovely and well equipped with everything you need. Would stay here again.

The close proximity to Paddington station.. friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with tea and coffee etc. Big screen TV.

It was confirmed when booking to have standard double room. Because awe were early we left out bags at the hotel and wandered off until the 3:00pm check in time. On our return we were advised that we being upgraded to a better room. "Very nice" we thought, only to find we were in fact downgraded to two single beds. Tired as we were after a long days travel, it was decided to stay where we were and not complain.

Very nice and appealing hotel in an absolutely perfect location. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. No matter who was at reception, you were greeted in a friendly manner and any requests were met immediately and perfectly. The room was well equipped.

The room was very small. Price maybe a bit too high for this size. Sound insulation is unfortunately not really good. I would not have accepted a room next to the lift, for example. Carpet was full of stains. This circumstance did not quite fit in.

Amazing hotel with kind staff. Ciao Bella restaurant has perfect personal, everybody is smiling on you. Breakfast was so delicious! You can choose from many brekfast. Also hotel is quity and you won't hear the noise from the street. Hotel is 1 minute walk from Hop on Hop off bus station and from National express station, which is important. Every day we have clean towels and our room. It was my 4th time in London and for my next trip, I'm going for this hotel!! Thank you!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast at adjacent restaurant was good. Hotel is located on a quiet square, but close to Underground stations. Room was clean, quiet, and comfy. Air conditioning was a nice feature, especially since London was having a heat wave while we were visiting.

Our room was quite cozy, even by London standards. The bed took up almost all the available space. The only place to sit comfortably was on the bed.
