I have stayed here twice and I must say that both of them were excellent experiences. The first time I was travelling with my four children 6, 4, 2, 1 and it was the most bizarre series of events that ended up with us staying at the Hilton. That was quite a long time ago but I never found the opportunity to thank the patience and kindness of the staff when we rolled through the doors late at night. (The car had broken down and there was absolutely no other hotel available because of the air tattoo). I couldn’t find the card that I’d booked with so whilst I was panicking that we might have to leave, the staff came over with cookies and entertained the children until I found the right card! I was absolutely delighted and relieved that they did this. We had a lovely, comfortable stay and the staff were exceptional. Again, this time, similar experience. Wonderful, attentive staff and lovely premises. Thank you so much.

The breakfast and evening meal were very good. Well cooked and presented and pretty reasonably priced. Staff very professional and helpful

Like most hotels the mattresses were too hard/firm for us, when you have significant spinal condition such as curvature a firm bed is actually painful. I appreciate you have to suit all but could there be an upgrade option for a softer bed. A more comfortable easy chair would have been nice. Shame about the very loud tv in the bar eating area Not sure why you need to pay for parking Our real issues were with Booking.com who totally messed up the booking but the receptionist after a lot of telephoning got it sorted.

Welcoming to dogs - we could even take her when we went to breakfast as they had an nice area just outside the restaurant which they set up for us to sit at.

Paying for parking (although I don't think we were charged in the end 🤔). Liked the safety leaflet in the room but the spyhole in the door was about six inches too high for me and presumably smaller people would tend to be the most vulnerable? No place near the bed to charge phone over night and I like to use phone as a bedside clock.

The price I paid was far better value for money than I expected, the room was large and comfortable with nice décor and so very nice touches like hand wash, hand cream, separate shampoo and shower wash there was even conditioner. Them even provide proper toilet paper (unlike Premier Inns) the staff were great and the warm cookies you get on check in tasted great .

Not a lot of negatives with this hotel if I had to be picky it would be having to pay for parking but it was only £3.00 per night so not really alot.

We have stayed at the hotel before, we like that it is 10 minutes away from the outlet mall and very close to coffee and breakfast stores within walking distance. We love receiving our complimentary cookie. There is plenty of parking, and staff are always on hand to help. We ordered room service which came quickly and was good quality. The hotel lobby area is furnished in a modern way and plenty of space. We stayed in the King junior suite for our anniversary. This room was very spacious and had great amenities that made the extra money worth it. Complete with a small fridge, separate living quarters with a fold out sofa bed, 2 tvs (one in the living quarters, 1 in the bedroom), dining table and chairs and spacious bathroom packed with essentials. We would probably book this room again if we stayed.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and with every move seemed to creak loudly, which made for quite a disrupted nights sleep - this information was passed onto reception staff upon check-out There was a £50 retention deposit put on our card for open tabs. We were not made aware this charge was going to be made and this will take 3-5 business days to go back into our account. The shower was hit and miss with temperature and was not very powerful.

Room was comfortable and of good size although a bit tired - visible signs of wear (i.e. stained carpet, damaged worktop). Very friendly and helpfull staff made us feel welcome at check-in, during breakfast which was delicious and check-out was a breeze.

In the evening road noise was noticeable despite closed window, also soundproofing of door didn't dampen sounds of other guests closing doors and walking along corridor at night.

More details of times e.g. breakfast, somewhat rushed info at desk and although there was a QR info.in room It did not give specific useful information. A bit rushed from staff, it was late and we had a long journey not really expecting to eat a dinner, we ended up with a meal deal with no details somewhatt thrust upon us.. Also no offer of a receipt or cost on final payment. I received an email after requesting.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, equipped with the essentials inc kettle, teas, mini fridge, TV, etc. Rooms are quiet and keep outside noise away despite being quite close to the motorway and car parks. The cosy bed and plump pillows make every night just a little bit better. Good AC unit as well. Reasonable parking price as well which is good. The Starbucks on-site has a lot of options too!

Seems trivial but the TV was a bit basic, would’ve been good if we could stream something or it was a Smart TV. Also, didn’t receive breakfast on the second morning for some reason but the lady at the reception desk (forgot her name) apologised and allowed us to redeem the breakfast cost against the parking.

The two girls on reception were amazing going out of their way to welcome me and meet my requirements one was named Lyn. they were very good. i arrived late and wanted food so rushed over to the restaurant were Jason and his team made me feel very welcome and didn't rush me even though it was 5 minutes before last orders and were exceptional. couldn't fault the facilities , staff and was made to feel at home.

Food menus in restaurant & bar was good & breakfast was very tasty & service good. Service in bar not very positive & YOUNGS light ale was not good & other options did not satisfy Beer drinkers. I think that a British beer like Doom Bar or Tribute would increase bar takings greatly. I left half of the Young’s as not to my liking!!!

See above re- beer. I might even stay at Premier Inn as beer is good there! Doom Bar.
