Residence Inn Charlotte Concord

Room was nice and clean. Liked the option to cook food there, full fridge with ice maker so you don't have to get ice from the machine. Separate living area is good. Front desk called to make sure I was happy with the room, which no one has EVER done anywhere I've stayed before. Nice outdoor space, didn't try the Bistro because I was at the convention center next door most of the time. Laundry service, fitness center, snacks and drinks available 24/7.

Reserved a King bed but ended up with two Queens! That was disappointing. TVs were small, remote was duct taped together (just get a $10 universal remote at Walmart and replace it), some fingerprints/ dusty things in the room let me know those items hadn't been cleaned, but overall it was good. Breakfast was ok but people on top of each other when trying to get their food. The waffle maker was right next to toaster so that clogs that area up when someone is waiting for both things. Then juice was at the end, where there was a lot of free space and not that many people getting juice. 3 bins for cereal and 2 had the same kind. No Coke products for sale in the 24/7 store, only Pepsi.

i like where it’s located and the nice views you can get from the rooms. The Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly.

I don’t have many complaints about the property besides the maintenance issues they had. Although breakfast was delicious each morning I just wish there were more options to choose from each day.

As soon as you walk into the hotel there was a strong ofor and because our room was near the exit, the smell was close to our roo.

The amenities were great (basketball court, outside lounge area and pool specifically)! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. No complaints about the room nor the housekeeping service. The hotel was clean and cozy! Really wish I could take the hotel and experience everywhere I travel.

My only complaint is that I wish we had a room where the restroom wasn't inside the bedroom and easily accessible to the living room.

Location is good. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious and clean. The hotel manager made an adjustment on our bill and apologized for our room not being ready. This was good.

I reserved our suite for three people weeks before our trip. After driving eleven hours we were ready to rest. It was disappointing there were no linens for the sofa bed. I had to go to front desk and get them. The sofa and sofa mattress are not comfortable. I would definitely not recommend sofa bed for an adult. It may work for children. A double bed suite might be a better option. However for privacy not the best option. We were disappointed at the breakfast. The eggs were tasteless and watery. The sausage was dry and hard. One of the front desk representative was rude when asked about getting creamer for our coffee. However, the manager on staff was professional and courteous.

great location near the event we attended. Near speedway for race fans and near plenty of food and shopping.Was finally able to to have fair hot breakfast, good choices.

there was several issues with the room : tile in kitchen was coming up and missing pieces, actually stubbed toe on it. dishwasher was not connected to counter and would come out from under when opening. we were surrounded by ppl with pets that we could hear barking. was like very thin doors loud with ppl walking down hallway.

The staff is excellent and very helpful. The location is perfect. As a race fan I was able to walk to the track and Hendrick Motorsports. Was great having breakfast back. Having a pack n play on site for my son made packing so much easier

Nothing. Family on sleeper sofa said mattress wasnt the best sleep

Overall nice place to stay, great location and facilities. Staff was very friendly, lots of parking.

Beds were not very comfortable, a bit pricey per night but par for the location

The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable, clean with clean towels. The kitchen /dinning area was a bonus for me. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The television was not working. They had problems with the cable connection in the building.
