Staff at the front desk were excellent communicators and very friendly It was wonderful how close the walk between the ocean and pool were It was great to have 2 restaurants on site that we could charge purchases to our room Daily on site live bands was fantastic Location to offsite restaurants and shopping is excellent Plenty of parking Lanyard system and card key entry was great for keeping the facilities amenities available to only guests

We were told only light housekeeping every day that would include new towels, garbage being emptied and making up the beds and that if we wanted full housekeeping - vacuuming carpets, changing bed linens, scrubbing the bathroom that was a special request. Our beds were never made up which was a minimal expectation and disappointing. On the second day my husband walked out of our room and a housekeeping staff went running past our door pushing the chamber cart almost hit him and never apologized just kept running down the hall with the cart.

I liked the morning sunrise. The live music at the tiki hut was awesome. Front row seat from my balcony. Compliments to the Chef at the restaurant onsite "The Porch"☺️. The King sized bed was very comfortable. Fire pit was comfortable and soothing

The shower, how can I explain, not accessible for shorter people. If you are 5'0 to 5'7 you will have to get in the shower in order to turn it on. The glass partition doesn't move. The shock of cold water on my back was unforgiving. The door bands issued to access various areas worked but didn't, annoying. Construction being done, annoying. Thought I could go to the beach and utilize the beach chairs but they were locked up.

Check in was delightful, friendly staff throughout our stay wherever we were on property. The beach was amazingly close, the pool area was great! Absolutely LOVED the fire pit and other guests were nice. Staff was accomodating in putting basketball games on the outside televisions for me when I asked.

It was hard to find coffee, luckily I asked ahead of time and was told there was a Keurig in our room, so we brought pods from home and the room staff was great in providing additional cups as needed.

Location - right on beach. Live bands every day from 1-5 pm and 6-10 pm. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice pool and pool area.

I thought it was pricey - definitely paying for location to beach. Building is dated. Bathroom sink way too small. Shower low water pressure. Wrist band keys nice concept but didn’t always work properly. Only partial housecleaning - emptied garbage, replaced dirty towels, and stocked coffee k-cups daily, that’s it. Needs more recliner chairs and a few more umbrellas in pool area.

We were treated as guests should be treated right when we arrived. The room was so nice and everything worked! Everyone was so pleasant, smiled and spoke. The pool was wonderful, the Tiki Hut and music made that much more magical. The restaurant was great, the food came within 5-10 minutes of ordering. The staff was so pleasant once again. The only thing I can think of that would really top it off is if there were a few more showers at the beach to rinse off your feet and chairs! That’s it!!

Nothing it was honestly the best experience I have had in a long time at a Hotel.

Beautiful location with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return. Great quality live music which only enhanced the holiday feeling. All finished by 10pm so no need to worry about music keeping you awake.

Too much plastic, which seems to be a recurring theme throughout all the places we stayed. Could strive to be more eco-friendly and if a Health & safety issue then re-cycling bins should be provided. Sun loungers for hire on the beach were way to expensive and very uncomfortable, although don't think these were owned by the hotel.

right on the beach and really close to lots of restaurants. great staff and vibe at the beach tiki bar. great food there too. free parking. good sized room, clean, comfy beds, good shower, towels and toiletries.

on checking in, the lady was really lovely but just gave me the keys and said enjoy your stay but didn’t give me any info as to where the room was, eating options etc. I’m a Brit, so it was clear I wasn’t local. on asking she pointed the way and also gave me a prepared eating-out options handout so I’m not sure why I wasn’t offered this. The hotel is also a little slow to respond to messages through Booking.com. they also send you texts saying “how can we help?” but they don’t respond to those either.

The location was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly, and everything was very clean. The beach view from our room was amazing and we could hear and see the bands at the tiki hut every night from our balcony.

Breakfast was the only meal we ate at the Porch and it was not very good. My eggs were watery, bacon was burnt, and the biscuits were hard. The menu for lunch and dinner did not have many options. I would not recommend the restaurant.

The overall amenities were really nice. Pool, restaurant and Tiki Bar were excellent. definite shout out to Troy attending the outside entrance area. He was super helpful with our large group and really went out of his way. other staff were also friendly.

The rooms feel too much like a motel. Beds were too mushy and older bathroom fixtures. We needed to open the lid to fix the flush twice.

The Beach House Resort was nicely located on the beach. The resort has a really good open-air cabana bar with live music daily on the beach. There is free adequate self-parking around the facility. The staff was friendly and the room was a good size.

I may have missed it, but there needs to be a place where you can clean the sand from your shoes. We tried to clean our shoes but sand still found its way into our room. Also, having a continental breakfast would be very convenient and appreciated.
