STAFF!!! The Staff were SO friendly!! Jaye is a gem and answered all questions with kindness and a smile. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfy! Great for a comfy stay the night before your flight at Sanford Orlando. Loved the clean room and delightful King size bed. Great pillows. Table and chairs, TV, fridge, microwave. We were shuttled to and from Airport, wonderful and so appreciated. Loved the GENEROUS breakfast!! Eggs, sausage, waffles, hot cereal, cold cereal, breads. Coffee machine makes Cappuccino, Latte, Hot chocolate, Mocha, Reg or Decaf coffee - available 24 hours! Also, a breakfast to go if you have an early flight! Computer and free printer in lobby if you need to print your Boarding pass. LOVE LOVE this hotel!!

It’s not the hotels fault, but there are few eateries nearby. If you don’t have a car, consider delivery.

I have stayed on this property several times. The staff have always been very nice. The rooms have been clean and pleasant to stay in. The pool area isnt super big, but it has always been clean and open. When family comes in to town this is my go to place to stay. the rates are usually always reasonable. I enjoyed each of my stays and will continue to use this property in the future.

None everything was pleasant

excellent location and easily accessible and visible despite nearby road construction. REAL BREAKFAST, with vegan/vegetarian options for those who want/need it Spacious clean rooms with none of that 'old hotel/Goodwill store' smell ( Holiday Inn I'm talking to you!) Staff very pleasant and knowledge about the hotel , amenities and nearby attractions incl the SFB airport which they provide a shuttle and parking for!

I was in town unfortunately for a funeral. Due to my late/early arrival, I didn't want to show up to my family's house at that hour. I was very happy with the fact that the facility is staffed 24/7 and I was able to check in @ 5 am. I could smell breakfast cooking and although I didnt partake it did smell delicious. The room was as described and clean.

If I were to complain I would note 3 things. One, due to construction it was difficult to get into the place. That is not any fault of yours. Next, I would have like more soundproofing around the door area. You can see light all around the door and hear every conversation that takes place in the hall. Inside the room was thankfully quiet though. Lastly, I grew up in Florida so I am very much aware of the things that go bump in the night. However, we were greeted by 5 large raccoons that were snacking on trash that was just outside the dumpster and then in the room tiny mite like creatures had gathered around a box of food after it had sat on the desk for an hour or so.

The location is close to the airport and shopping. The staff was nice, and the room was clean, and adequate for our needs. We also enjoyed the pool which was open later into the night.

We could smell the marijuana in the hallway, someone was certainly smoking. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is of those smokers who disregard others with conditions such as asthma.

Comfortable, easy access

Someone was smoking in the rooms, every time we walk out of our room we could smell it, we were on the 2nd level. There were ants in the room, we would find them over the side table and beds

everything went well. From check in to check out - DesK lady was particularly fast, helpful and professional. She also provded fresh light bulbs for lights that did not work or flickered in the room.

There was a large crowd at the breakfast and more seating woud have been useful. The tv channel needs to be updated.

Clean hotel and a comfortable stay.

The staff allowed a guest to load up most of the breakfast on a cart and take it to their rooms. I realize it was a large party of baseball guests but they should have come to breakfast as all the other guests. Rude.....the staff just stated. "Oh well, there is nothing we can do about it." So, the rest of the hotel guests went without breakfast!

Terrence greeted us when we arrived, exhausted, around midnight. He was cheerful, helpful and efficient at getting us booked for the morning shuttle to pick up our rental car and into our room with all the info we needed. He was there again at breakfast to greet us with a big smile and conversation. The room and breakfast were both very good, but it was the personal interactions with Terrence that made it out of the ordinary. Even our 8 and 10 year boys commented on what a nice person he was.

No complaints at all.

Breakfast was good when it was available. Two mornings of my stay,. hot items were not available. The other mornings, breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff, Nailli Brown was very nice and helpful when we extended our stay thru booking.com. Beds we're very comfortable and rooms were clean.

Elevator was not working and was still out of service when we left.
